8th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)We had a mixed experience with Preston Baker. We chose them for their reviews online and at first contact with the Doncaster office they were quick to reply and tried moving our sale along promptly. Then our agent suddenly stopped communicating and when we tried contacting them we found out she had left but no one informed us. This happened a couple of times. Our house was eventually assigned to Terry Burrows (Leeds office) and she was good to us. She took care of our sale for almost a year until the end, even after two potential buyers dropped off and issues with the house made our sale more complicated. Sadly by then the market had changed and we weren’t able to sell for the value we had hoped for. Not sure if I would recommend the Doncaster office. I would recommend Terry for sure. (Terry, if you are reading this thank you for persevering with us and for helping us get a decent price in a difficult selling process)
24th Jul 2025 (21 weeks ago)Dropped price twice, seemed to be marketing our property, came to ‘do fresh snaps/videos, but when we decided to leave we weren’t told there was a ‘cost’ for doing this! £500 lighter now but got rid of them.- 9th Dec 2025 (7 days ago)I’d used WH Brown prior (specifically, the Bawtry Office) so it was really a no-brainer to use them again. From the first assessment to the completion of the sale, the WH Brown was exemplary - responsive, professional and helpful. My main contact during marketing and completion was Tarley Smith, and she deserves a special mention; at all times she was super helpful, responsive and routinely went out of her way to liaise with parties up and down the chain in order to get the sale over the line. I cannot recommend WH Brown enough, but that same sentiment extends to Tarley too - if you go with Browns and she is assigned to your account, you’ll be in very capable hands!
3rd Dec 2025 (13 days ago)From the very beginning of viewing a rented property to it becoming our home, Sophie from Doncaster branch has been amazing keeping me informed along the way with everything, the whole process ran smoothly, when I made enquiries about anything Sophie contacted the landlord straight away and let me know what they said before I got the keys to the property. When I got the keys to the property and was in the process of getting everything set up I noticed the boiler wasn’t working properly, I couldn’t get hold of the landlord due to them being away, but after contacting Sophie she managed to get in contact with them and the boiler was fixed the very next day. I’m over all very happy with the service I’ve received from your move Doncaster

3rd Jan 2022 (3 years ago)I have only very good things to say about this lovely company. If you are looking for a property to rent then I highly recommend Smith & Co. There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!

Most importantly, they helped me deal with all the communication with the solicitor, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. I would definitely choose them again as my estate agent in the future.

10th Dec 2025 (6 days ago)Paul has been phenomenal throughout this entire process, Paul clearly knows how to sell houses as following his advice throughout he managed to secure an offer above asking on the first day of viewings! But that's only half the story, Paul continued to provide top notch service throughout the remainder of the process, providing advice on my purchase, explaining all next steps, checking in to see how everything was going, liaising between myself and the buyer in a prompt modern and professional manner, assisting in chasing solicitors (as we all know what they are like!) and recommending other services such as constructional surveys. Paul was transparent throughout, you know how much you are paying before you even sign the dotted line and there were no hidden fees. Honestly, I can't sing Paul or ewe move's praises enough! They made what is normally a stressful process seemless and worry free. I challenge anyone to try and find the same dedication and service from any other estate agents! Ewe move will be the only estate agents I will ever recommend or use again. Professionalism, contemporary solutions, dedication, transparent seemless service and communication, stellar customer service, this is what you get when you choose ewe move!!
