You don’t deal with just one agent everyone’s in the loop so if someone has a holiday your progress doesn’t stop! From start to finish.. Hannah, Michelle and Kate were all brilliant and would highly recommend

6th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Cannot recommend Northwood enough!!! I had a few estate agents come and value my property before choosing to go with Northwood. Cheryl was so honest and amazing and supportive from day one. Didn't sugarcoat anything unlike other agents. The price was fair and again she was upfront about this. I loved her honesty from day one. She also understood that I suffer with anxiety and literally her and her team held my hand throughout the whole process! The Thorne team are very knowledgeable and professional and I honestly wouldn't have been able to get through the stress of selling my house without them! Very professional. Quick to respond to emails. Easy to talk yo on the phone. Cannot recommend enough!! Thank you Cheryl and Holly for all your support throughout. You've been wonderful!

10th May 2024 (17 weeks ago)They seem to take on tenants that cause antisocial behaviour and then when advised about it they do nothing to rectify the problem. How often do they carry out periodic checks? I would not recommend them.

5th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)My property in Doncaster is managed by Welcome Homes. Excellent communication from Luke and team and in such a short time they manage to do minor work in the property, sorted gas certificate etc and found a tenantas well. Highly recommend.

5th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
