They went above and beyond to help.me relocate to the black county within a matter of a few short weeks. SPM made the process as streamlined as they could and offered very timely advice and guidance to help overcome any potential issues that could have arisen. I would totally recommend SPM to anyone looking for a let within the black country area, either as a homeowner, or as a person looking to rent as I have total confidence in them and their abilities.

From their first home visit to introduce their company though to the prompt completion of the property sale all members of staff provided a first class service. I could not fault them in any respect.

20th Oct 2025 (27 days ago)Despite good reviews for the sales team, the rental team are evidently useless. My parents have been trying for over two months to get their deposit returned after renting a property through Lee Shaws in Kingswinford, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. A representative named Harry has repeatedly tried to charge them for what is clearly general wear and tear, something that should not be deducted from a tenant’s deposit under fair letting practices and The Tenant Fees Act 2019. Despite providing evidence and communicating several times, there has been no progress or resolution, and they have yet to receive any of their deposit back. This prolonged and stressful process has left them feeling ignored and unfairly treated. I would urge anyone considering renting through this agency to be cautious and to document everything thoroughly when it comes to deposits and property condition. Or better still, avoid completely. Tenants deserve transparency and fairness — something that, unfortunately, has been lacking in this case. In regards to the deposit being returned, legal action will be forthcoming.

They are responsive and engaged, and being a smaller outfit actually know the houses they are selling. The staff are all helpful and friendly. We sold at a good price within a reasonable time scale.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

From the outset, the experience was outstanding. Nathan came over to carry out a valuation, took detailed measurements, and captured professional photos of the property, all of which took about three hours. Despite the time and effort involved, Nathan remained professional, patient, and thorough throughout. We had a target to sell within two months, and Nathan delivered, securing us a buyer within the desired timeframe. We can’t thank Nathan and the Complete Properties team enough for their professionalism, dedication, and genuine commitment to getting the job done. If you're looking to sell your property and want an efficient, reliable estate agent, look no further. We did consider other agencies such as Taylors and G&T, but the level of service from Complete Properties was simply unmatched. We will definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free sale.

5th Nov 2025 (11 days ago)The worst estate agents i have rented for 2 months and had a leaking roof and no lights for those 2 months still ongoing as of right now. They do not fix issues, they do not care about students and will bat you off as much as possible The entire bed frame is completely drenched. Its run by a bunch of 22 year olds who dont really know whats happening.
