My experiences have all been positive, and I'd particularly like to praise Shannon and Taylor for their promptness in dealing with any queries I had and for their professionalism and friendliness throughout the selling process. Steve the director is a compulsive liar, he has 0 compassion unless it fills his pockets with money.<br>They are absolutely dodgy and I would strongly not recommend anybody go through this agency.<br>I have had years of being ignored from them regarding serious issues with the property I rent. When I do get a response from them it’s no accountability and gaslighting, given empty promises or better yet completely dismissed anything I have reported. His act is comical to say the least, he is the most unprofessional person, the “work” done tends to be botched jobs that fall below standards and tenants are just expected to put up and shut up all whilst still upping rent. But can’t give no answer on speaking with the landlords to rectify issues. When I reported an ongoing issue for over 3 years now he told me I was running the risk of the landlords selling up. Now he’s threatened me twice with that answer to the disrepair and the neglect. He’ll come out to the property and deny ever being there. Not to mention never ever any follows ups, the lack of compassion, professionalism is concerning. I’m still yet to have a response regarding my actual complaints. one thing I realised is Steve doesn’t like it when people try to hold him accountable. All he cares about is what fills his pocket. He almost forgets he has a duty of care considering he is the director to this joke of an establishment. But Steve’s speciality is silent treatment and dismissing tenants as if we are beneath him but if he does feel like doing something he’ll authorise botch jobs and masking over issues rather than fixing them. I have sat and read the reviews and Every single “negative” review is CORRECT and extremely accurate. Considering it’s his business you would think he would be a bit more careful on who he tries to fool and dismiss.

Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.<br><br>I was able to book a viewing on the same day as my initial call, with another viewing arranged later in the week. Teri, in particular, went out of her way to understand exactly what I was looking for and organised suitable viewings very quickly.<br>They also have an efficient booking system and a user-friendly website.<br><br>I would highly recommend Ian Perks to anyone looking to rent a property.

7th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Before check out of a rental property, Belvoir said the living room needed repainting & the house should be professionally cleaned. I done both of these things & then after check out, they tried to charge nearly £2,000 for the whole house to be repainted. I negotiated for them to lower it to the deposit amount which they agreed as it was around £1,100. Shortly after I had mail go to my old address so I went to collect it. The new tenant confirmed the house had not been repainted.

I popped into the office for some advice and received a lovely warm welcome from everybody, Josh gave me some good honest advice about my home and showed a lot of professional knowledge about the local market. Shoutout to Jay, Bria and dave too! All are a real credit to the company, I will not hesitate to use them when I sell.- 8th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Awful place for letting, I wouldn’t even consider buying a place from them.<br>They lie to you, and only show you the best part during viewing. I saw things I didn’t see during the viewing when I moved in. Wasn’t told the full information.<br><br>And when moving in, they failed to let the accommodation know I was moving in. And when problems occur in the building, they don’t do anything.<br>If you’re thinking of moving into Vox Living, DON’T

11th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)I have always received a solid service from this Dixons, other estate agents in the area have made me feel like I'm just a number and the service has been consistently poor but Dixons I've had a few dealings with now have always been good.<br>Shout out to branch manager Darren, he hands down has been the best part of Dixons, he always gets stuff done and is honest in his approach, he clearly directs his staff well as most interactions I've had have been brilliant

However, communication of our sale performance during the marketing period could have been better. From the very beginning, he’s been approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping us through the process.<br><br>Unlike some of the larger estate agents we’ve dealt with, we’ve never felt like just another number. Oliver has always been incredibly responsive, often replying within minutes, keeping us updated and taking the time to answer any questions we had.
