20th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)??????????<br><br>I’ve used Select Property Management for over 20 years as a landlord and have consistently had a fantastic experience with them.<br><br>Steve, Gina, Debs, Julie, Lily, Janine, Nicola and Sue are all a real credit to the business. They’re always polite, supportive, approachable and, most importantly, they get things done.<br><br>What I particularly value is the balanced way they manage properties. While they provide excellent support to landlords, they also work hard to make sure tenants are treated fairly, kept informed and supported when issues arise.<br><br>If there is a maintenance problem or any other concern, the team communicate well, work with everyone involved and do their best to find a sensible and timely resolution. That balance between looking after the property, supporting the landlord and doing the right thing by the tenant is really important.<br><br>Communication is excellent across multiple platforms, and I’ve always found the team responsive, helpful and easy to deal with.<br><br>After more than 20 years of working with Select Property Management, I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough. A brilliant team, a professional service and a company that clearly cares about both landlords and tenants.<br><br>I couldn’t recommend them highly enough for both landlords and tenants. 5 stars!

Olivia, Tracey and Andrew were fantastic throughout the whole process — friendly, professional, responsive and always happy to chase things up and keep me informed.<br><br>Selling a property can be stressful, but I always felt well supported and that the team genuinely cared about getting the sale through.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone, especially Olivia, Tracey and Andrew. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We changed to D B Roberts on the 23rd September 2026 and had an offer on the 21st October 2026, less than a month!!! They are so efficient, you can get them on the phone when needed which is rare these days. They keep you completely updated of what's going on, you don't have to chase them. We are so delighted that we put the house up for sale with them. However, communication of our sale performance during the marketing period could have been better. After being let down by multiple letting agencies and dealing with poor customer service, me and my wife were very grateful to come across Peter James Letting agency. Every interaction was super helpful, informative and they wasted no time whatsoever in making sure they would help us apply and figure out everything we needed to do to move in to our new rental.<br><br>High recommend anyone to go with this service, you will not regret it!

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier.
