I have appreciated all the support that I have been given as I do not live in the area and relied completely on their services. All admin, selection process was handled very efficiently. 21st Apr 2023 (11 mo. ago)From the initial valuation with Adam to completion with Jo, the whole team took care of everything for me including accompanying prospective buyers and held my hand through the whole process. I have to be honest it’s been quite a lengthy journey and I couldn’t have done it without their dedication to the final goal. They kept me up to date every step of the way and always on hand should I need any assistance or re-assurance. Certainly would recommend.

16th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)What can I say! The best part about the process of buying our home was SWF, particularly Jack and Michelle. From the booking of the viewing Jack was professional, friendly and just so helpful, and this just carried on through the whole process. He kept us up to date and chased when needed for us, we never felt abandoned or ignored. We struggled with our solicitors causing a few delays and also other parties causing delays but through the whole thing both Michelle and Jack kept us totally up to date. Communication I must say was top notch and explanation's of processes throughout were just great to settle our minds when needed, we felt looked after. When it needed the extra push at the end Michelle was there to liase with the solicitors. They say you need good solicitors to move home but I believe you also need the best estate agents and they were phenomenal! Will highly recommend and would always use again. Thank you so much team for making our home a reality. It’s been a pleasure to do this with you both!

Adam will work very hard for you and will always get back to you when you have any questions as will Cheryl. We cannot fault their professionalism. We highly recommend these.

This was an emotional house move but all the staff handled it so sensitively. Although I mainly dealt with Julie who was great, I had dealings with most of the staff at one point or another and they are all wonderful. I have no hesitation in using them for your house sales or purchases. Five star!

3rd Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Terrible! Avoid! Happy to take their monthly cut from renting your premises for years. Then when it comes to recovering damages from the tenant and a guarantor there's nothing. 3 years+ and zero. Then when tenant moves out they still do nothing and even refuse to hand over the deposit that they retained. Now ignoring my emails. Currently lodging a formal complaint with The Property Ombudsman. Amateurs at best. Scammers at worst.

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
7th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Shocking service, enquired on a unit had the joy of speaking to Stephanie who was extremely rude and basically told me my business was a joke and wouldn’t work. I’m shocked at the service from this business and will be staying well away.

Right from the time and attention they gave to the initial valuation, taking the photographs to putting the house on the market. They provided regular updates and were always quick to respond.

3rd Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Excellent service and communication from the first meeting to completion. Stan and team updated us on progress throughout the process and liaised with our solicitors and the buyers solicitors seamlessly. If I need to buy or sell again I will be using Re/max
