15th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)I rented out my flat and had it manged by Blake Stanley for 18 months from April 2022 and unfortunately never felt confident they were managing it professionally. I always had to chase up on emails and felt like I was managing it myself most of the time. I have now left Blake Stanley and renting my flat out with another agent. Sadly I cannot recommend them any longer which is a shame because my last experience of them, when they first opened, was great.
11th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Martin was absolutely brilliant from start to finish of our house sale. He consistently went above and beyond to chase the buyer and her solicitor and kept us in the loop throughout the process. It was a real pleasure working with him and we really recommend Fyfe Mcdade.
3rd Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)I have found the whole process with Malixons to sell our property extremely positive. They were extremely communicative and helped keep our sale going. Very realistic about the market and property prices. I would highly recommend them.

Throughout this time the service I received was very professional, always on time and showing a high level of customer care. Worth mentioning Yasemin, who as my property manager did everything incredibly efficiently during my check out process, including the administrative paperwork, last property checks and returning my deposit in full.
3rd Jul 2021 (2 years ago)Second sale with Keatons and they’ve outdone themselves. Secured over 40 viewings in one week and handled negotiations with no fuss. Landed us a fantastic deal.
22nd Apr 2024 (10 days ago)Lloyds professionally managed our rental property for nearly 10 years, taking care of any problems promptly and always sourcing good tenants. They have now also taken care of marketing and selling our property in their usual professional manner. Highly recommended.

Given the emotional nature of buying/selling properties it is essential to have a calm, persuasive agent who finds practical solutions to problems that arise - James frequently demonstrated all these qualities. I do not hesitate recommending his services to others. They offer fantastic value.

Hes come out several times to my property for repairs and has always done outstanding works and leave the problem solved! Could not be any happier with having him come to sort out any issues ive had or may have in future. Also one of fab homes worker Ashleigh who I regularly contact regarding the property has always gone above and beyond in helping all my problems I've had in this property. Huge thanks to her. This is called people doing their job CORRECTLY.
17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

When we came to view the property, she was really well informed -- she clearly knew about the house and the area, which really helped us to get excited about it. Throughout the negotiation and the sales process she was responsive, helpful, and warm. You always felt like you were dealing with someone you could trust. And she was always incredibly flexible about letting tradespeople into the house for inspections, nothing was ever too much. Having had mixed experiences with estate agents throughout my search, I would recommend Easthaus to anyone buying, selling or renting locally. They're brilliant.

He is cool under pressure, helpful and his kindness right to the point of handover and post sale speaks volumes to him in paying complete attention to his clients and he was immensely respectful to the requirements of our needs. Joe went above and beyond particularly when complex matters arose calmly managing these and he was diligent in the most important aspects of communication. This is a skilled person who represents his Employer highly. He is invested in the client’s needs as much as for the business. We thank him especially, for understanding the importance and value of honesty in this profession.

He certainly went above and beyond at every step in the process of selling my mother’s house. I would certainly recommend him and would use his services again.
3rd Apr 2024 (29 days ago)I recently had a very disappointing experience while searching for a rental property. The person with vitiligo who attended to me was extremely demeaning and even went as far as to imply that I was wasting his time within just two minutes of our conversation (it was empty, no costumers, just me) Despite my inquiries about properties listed on their website, he insisted on pushing his own suggestions, claiming to know better. This behaviour was unprofessional and disrespectful, and it greatly detracted from my overall experience. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, this was severely lacking in my interaction with this individual.

20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.
27th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!
16th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)After a bad experience trying to sell our flat through one of the big estate agency chains, Story of Home was recommended to us by a friend. Our experience couldn’t have been more different; Stuart actually cared about our sale and knew the market and the business inside out. He was there at every step of the way through a fairly complicated sale. He gave excellent advice on everything, was quick to respond to any questions and was there for us whenever needed. We would not hesitate to recommend Story of Home, to anyone.

Max and David were responsive at all times and fully engaged in moving the process forward while being attentive to the needs of all parties. If only all estate agents were as committed to delivering a great customer experience. I would recommend Love Living to anyone and will be using their services if the need arises in future
