The process was very smooth from start to finish, especially impressive given a challenged trading environment and interest rate uncertainty. We achieved our target price with a very harmonious closing process. I think both the Buyer and Seller should equally feel good about the transaction, facilitated in no small part due to Savills Exeter. Of particular note was Chris Clifford's professionalism and exceptional communication skills that went above and beyond - a great comfort to my wife and me. Recommended.
3rd Apr 2024 (25 days ago)I dealt with Stags Exeter Office letting team on a number of apartments. Advice on rents and marketing proved to be correct every time and in documenting deals agreed they were efficient and thorough. Tess, Jackie and the team were a pleasure to deal with and, when asked, even willing to provide generally tenancy advice on matters outside their role. Would I use them again? Without hesitation.

4th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Cooksleys have been great when selling our 2 bedroom end of terrace house. Our agent Jaz came round and took pictures and the house was on the market within 24 hours. We got a weekly report about statistics from Rightmove, and Jaz kept us up to date about interest and potential viewings. We accepted an offer within a week of it being listed. Mary was exceptionally helpful towards the end of the process when nearing exchange and completion, and I'd like to thank her for her determination and updates. I really don't think it would have happened when it did without her. Thank you.
8th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Offer to buy a house was accepted and it was up to our surveyors to highlight a Grade 2 listing. Whilst Knight Frank ‘empathise’ we are at considerable out of pocket expense. Property now correctly advertised as listed and whatever the background of who claims what, the agent is expected to have carried out due diligence to confirm facts of what they are marketing. Knight Frank Exeter blame their customer and empathise with potential buyer where legislation states an agent must disclose all information before costs related to surveying or conveying are undertaken. However, this shoddy outfit shirk all responsibility; what a reflection of where we are in todays world. Referring to ombudsman as customer service are running on pastoral ‘empathy’ rather than address a problem where potential buyers remain considerably out of pocket. Our contract was with Knight Frank and their codes of ethics and standards where due diligence is the foundation. The Exeter office has failed miserably to address their duty of professional responsibility. Buyers (and sellers) beware! (investigation response was that "we didn't know, not out fault") With a pending county court claim all is resolved!

Daniel followed through with actions he promised, often ahead of the time he said it may take. He communicated clearly and openly and made the whole process of finding our new home a completely hassle free experience. I would not hesitate in recommending both Newton King and Daniel. They are a joy to have worked with.

I enquired about a property and booked a viewing which unfortunately couldn't be accommodated by the tenant. This is fine, completely understand. What's disappointing is that I asked for a revised appointment and never heard back, when chased up this morning I've been informed the property is. now under offer.
8th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Officially on 21 days of no hot water with 1 baby and 1 sen 4 year old. And it’s still only a “hopefully” be sorted today which I’ve heard on repeat for weeks now. Definitely do not recommend this letting agent in any shape or form. Would give zero stars if possible disappointed I even have to give one.

29th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.
