22nd Jul 2022 (2 years ago)We were disappointed in the amount of interest they created. They do not seem to be proactive. We changed agents and saw an immediate upturn in interest, our property is now sold STC.
25th Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)Positive experience with arranging a viewing and mortgage consultation with Connells. The viewing was arranged promptly and Caleb was professional and knowledgable. I was really impressed as well with the mortgage consultation - Sarah was extremely friendly, and again professional and knowledgable. I would encourage others to use them for the same services.

From the very beginning we knew that they were the right Estate Agents for us. They are knowledgeable about property, the area, advertising and the whole conveyancing process. As soon as the house was advertised we had viewings and offers. We immediately felt they were doing a great job for us and they have been friendly and supportive throughout. Thank you for all your hard work.

The team were very responsive to my request and called me back from my online request very quickly and followed up until they got hold of me. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful, clear and professional. I would always choose to use Gibbins Richards again in the future.

Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Isabel Clifton & her team if you are wishing to market a property. Robin Gabriel

22nd Apr 2025 (3 days ago)Recently exchanged on my Property with completion 7days from now…I only instructed Knight Frank in early January and anticipated period of the usual frustrations that go with ‘The Territory’ I was and am delighted that the stage I am at this early! Obviously you need The Property Gods to be in your Team and I feel that initially was the case however when turbulence occur as they Always do then the Professionalism of Agency is truly tested and in this regard KF we’re not found wanting! Their structure of Operation..the Personnel within that structure..Communication Skills…Proactive and Positive attitude..all in great supply when needed most.To Louise and her team at Exeter thank you..well done!!! A special thank you to Rachel Hancock out of Bristol who ‘Took on’ my House and in effect Nursed it from cradle to grave and drove forward any obstacle with great skill and determination. 8th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)This isn’t a 1* review for Welden they have been fantastic. This is merely a warning for anyone with the intention of being a new tenant of number 8 parlour mead in cullompton. Since we have moved out the property the landlord is trying anything in their power to take deposit money off, we handed the keys back when we was told at the latest and the landlord ‘had to change the lock’ and tried charging us for this. Welden confirmed we didn’t have to pay. As well trying to charge us for wear and tear on the shower silicone. My main issue however with this landlord was the fact that not only did they turn up without notice on the day we moved in but the fact when our carbon monoxide alarm was going off we was told by the landlord to put it in water and not to worry as they couldn’t find a suitable contact of theirs to come and sort this at the time. Obviously if something would have happened this would have been the landlords fault. Just please be careful if you are thinking of renting this property and be prepared to fight for your deposit for things that you shouldn’t need to fight for.

He helped us every step of the way from sorting handymen to deal w minor issues, to securing our necessary paperwork, to finding the ideal buyer. We were dreading a months long process but have solid offer in <1 month! I can’t praise him enough!

He kept us really well informed, was always happy to answer any queries and his marketing and branding is sensational. If we ever sell this house we would not hesitate to use Adam! We have just moved into our new home (February 2025) and Bond Oxborough Phillips at Great Torrington were our estate agents. From start to finish, which was 3 months, they were impeccable in keeping everything moving and everyone informed. Howard did a fantastic job of showing us around the property, securing the agreed price and keeping everything on track. Well done and thank you Howard! Then Helen was equally professional and diligent in keeping the whole sales process moving along, working with us, the vendor's, our estate agent for our sale, solicitor's and surveyors. Always ahead of the game and in complete control. Well done Helen and thank you. It was very noticeable that the whole office work as a team, all extremely good at their job.
