I feel you offer an outstanding service. From the first meeting with Paul back in January to the completion yesterday I have been very impressed. Had an offer over the asking price within 4 days of it going up for sale. The Square Room came recommended to me and I can see why. Never did I think that the process would run so smoothly, but it has. Sue has been an absolute star and supported me all the way through, keeping me updated at each step.

13th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)I found tiger estates to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. The only decent part of their job was the photographs they took of the property. They lied to cover up their incompetence and failings,and didn't provide any kind of service whatsoever.No response to emails or phone calls as promised.Viewings were done by me as they didn't have staff available to conduct viewings at weekends or evenings!! I found the buyer myself and she will verify how dreadful tiger have been.It has been a very traumatic experience for me and I would certainly not recommend them to anyone.

3rd Apr 2024 (25 days ago)SCAM artists i paid £138 for a holding deposit and because i failed credit check they have refused to give my deposit back. Im now £138 down! i will be taking this further

So today a fully vetted and approved tenant moves in, really happy with everything EVERY team member of Harris & Co have done on my behalf, thank you, and the real time App is brilliant, best communication tool I've seen in my 10 years as a landlord. Totally professional - would give extra stars if could ?????????? ????

9th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)recently I had the pleasure of residing in a charming rental house, and my experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt welcomed and at ease. The property owner, with their kindness and cooperative nature, made my stay exceptionally pleasant. The overall environment of the house was serene and calming. The peacefulness enveloped me, allowing me to unwind after long days. Moreover, the neighborhood itself contributed significantly to my positive experience. It was a community where friendly faces greeted me, and where safety and cleanliness were evident. I wholeheartedly recommend this rental property. With its kind owner, serene atmosphere, and excellent neighborhood, it deserves nothing less than a 5-star rating.
30th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)Rented out a property with them and it was shoddy from start to finish. Inspections were half arsed, communication was poor, the tenant check out process was basically just left for myself to deal with. The boiler needed work and it took them two months (and several follow up emails from me) for them to say the company hadn't responded. In the end, I sorted it myself. Not sure what I paid for every month but it wasn't the full management service like I expected edit: as you can see from their reply, they don't even have any of this on record - just proves my point about how disorganised they are. I am with a different rental company now thank goodness

19th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)Extremely poor experience and lack of professionalism. Had a viewing booked for 4 pm today. I notified the estate agent that I would’ve arrived 10 mins late, and it turns out the estate agents not only could not accommodate a really short delay and do the viewing at 4:10 pm instead, but they couldn’t have done 4 pm either due to staff constraints and poor communication with the property management agency. And they made it seem like it was my delay that was the issue, when actually 4 pm wouldn’t have been possible from the start. However, what is most upsetting to me is that they only called to inform me when I was on the train already to go and see the property - a 4 hour journey. And after the day before the viewing was confirmed again over the phone. So it’s honestly beyond comprehension to me how a short delay could be met with such intransigence. The viewing would’ve lasted more than 10 minutes anyway - this is just ridiculous.

After deciding to relocate from our home in Greater Manchester, we found a property in Cleveleys which Susan Eve were selling and proceeded to put in an offer which was accepted. Unfortunately this sale fell through and we once again began the hunt for a suitable property. We found the property which has now become our home which was also being sold by Susan Eve in Thornton. Carly was our point of contact and was professional yet personal in her approach as were all of the team that we dealt with. They were most thorough in keeping us up to date with the buying process throughout. On the day of moving in, we were presented with a welcome pack filled with information and goodies. I would not hesitate in recommending this business to anyone considering buying or selling their home. Well done ladies. Graham and Annette Cummings

28th Nov 2023 (22 weeks ago)In the recent past I’ve had dealings with other agents including online agents and have been very disapointed, Unique has proved to be unique. I’ve been so surprised both as a buyer and a seller at the attention to detail, the enthusiasm and professionalism. I know that it is advisable to get quotes from 3 agents before selling but given past experience I stuck with Unique from the beginning and have not regretted it. I would advise anyone looking for value for money to look no further.
20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.
