20th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)Mcdonalds were polite and spent time explaining about the company They talked me through how they got to the valuation price through similar properties in the area. I liked how they had viewing agents, who specialised in showing properties to potential buyers, and kept me informed about the viewings, pluses about the property and negatives if any.

27th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)Throwing a single father out two days before Christmas all because landlady wants to up the rent ridiculously. I Asked for renovation (house full of mold and rotten plasterboard black mold in my son's room and just in a state of disrepair,) i said I'll pay the extra rent. So then they say we are selling up. Absolute bunch of Pillock's you have just made a 7 year old child and his single father with a heart condition with limited capability, homeless because you want your cut of the sale of the property he is renting. And not even offering anything else or any support. Been renting 5 years from you prats and now am taking It to every possible legal action to balls your plans. Stay away from this estate agents they only care about the cash. They blatantly don't care about tenants and they swindle you with rental signings. They don't provide adequate maintenance and dismiss black mold. The house was a mess on moving in took 3 years to get a new kitchen as the old one that was already in on moving in was rotting. Cutting corners on the new kitchen. Room doors not fitted correctly, cheap handles on doors house poor state all over. I also have ex tenant's to back me in how shabby the house was for them an still is. I suggest you cough up or offer me another rental near my badly disabled mother as I am at the back of her at the moment and i am her carer. 22nd October 2023 not long enough to get situated elsewhere an you know it. Broomheads you don't want to go down this rd believe me. ???? And no we find out it's been let to the Land lords Daughter F you Landlord and Broomheads.

I was concerned that because it is a relatively modest sale that it might take a while. However it sold very quickly at at a price they recommended which was 50% more than I had in mind. Everyone involved was very pleasant and efficient to deal with. Thank you!

18th Jun 2024 (13 weeks ago)As a young renter, it is hard for me to find anywhere that would rent to me, especially due to my circumstances at the time. MoveHolmesLTD and my landlord were brilliant to allow me to move into a flat. Throughout my tenancy they have been attentive and friendly to any questions i had during my time as we all have to start learning somewhere! Would definitley reccomend MoveHolmesLTD and use them again! Thanks again guys!

19th Apr 2024 (22 weeks ago)Extremely poor experience and lack of professionalism. Had a viewing booked for 4 pm today. I notified the estate agent that I would’ve arrived 10 mins late, and it turns out the estate agents not only could not accommodate a really short delay and do the viewing at 4:10 pm instead, but they couldn’t have done 4 pm either due to staff constraints and poor communication with the property management agency. And they made it seem like it was my delay that was the issue, when actually 4 pm wouldn’t have been possible from the start. However, what is most upsetting to me is that they only called to inform me when I was on the train already to go and see the property - a 4 hour journey. And after the day before the viewing was confirmed again over the phone. So it’s honestly beyond comprehension to me how a short delay could be met with such intransigence. The viewing would’ve lasted more than 10 minutes anyway - this is just ridiculous.

We got 3 valuations, they suggested the highest valuation and I was dubious and asked them to explain why the property was worth their suggestion. They explained really well and they were right, we sold to the first viewer, so glad I didn’t listen to the other agents. I also have to say their communication was excellent and the took a superb set of photos that helped gain a lot of interest on Rightmove. Thank you Susan Eve and co.

13th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.

Once we accepted an offer, Tim took over and provided excellent coordination and follow-ups as we moved through the solicitor processes. Their teamwork made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
