They didn't manage to sell our property which wouldn't have been their fault, but you might be better just hosting your property on rightmove or on the market and save yourself some money

Her communication was constant and we were never left worrying or wandering what would happen next. Could not have asked for anyone better to make our rental application and house move go more smoothly. Very grateful.
2nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)I’ve heard people say “doesn’t matter which agent you pick, it’s all just listed on Rightmove now” - and this is just not true. I knew from the minute I rang to enquire about a neighbours house, that they were natural born sales people. When it came to selling, they spent time understanding why someone would want to buy this house. Sarah who did the valuation was incredibly switched on, and clearly understood my house and the market - which was evident when it had sold within 2 weeks in October, not exactly peak selling season. When the conveyancing seemed to hit a brick wall and I was losing my mind with solicitors, Lily stepped in, and within 24 hours had achieved more than my solicitor had managed in 3 weeks. Everyone at Entwistle Green did what they said they would, when they said they would. Under promise and over deliver. Cannot ask for more and will happily recommend them to anyone selling their house. A very commercially driven, efficient and switched on team of agents - thank you, especially to Lilly

The team were professional, approachable, and always kept us informed at every stage of the process. They provided clear advice on pricing and marketing, and the property was presented really well. Communication was consistent and reassuring, which made what could have been a stressful time much easier to manage. A special thank you to the staff for their patience and support throughout, especially Janine and Emma – nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were always happy to answer questions and offer guidance. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A genuinely smooth and positive experience.

Even though I did not meet the team at Susan Eve in person, or even visit the property during the sales process, they did a wonderful job and I knew that I was in good hands. They helped prepare the property for sale including cleaning, painting and decorating. They showed the property, found the buyer and worked with my solicitor to complete transaction. Great job, thank you!
16th Apr 2026 (3 days ago)We can not praise Peter , James and Eve enough during what is a stressful time. We bought one house and sold two houses within 6 months . They were very professional , courteous and friendly too. Which made approaching them easy. Nothing was to much trouble . So much so that I feel I have made a little friend with Eve . I would definitely use Unquie again and recommend anyone that is thinking of selling or buying to use them . Thank you to you all at Unique for making a stressful time less stressful .

28th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)We recently bought our lovely new house through Martin & Co, and specifically Tanya Tudhope at the St Anne’s branch. From start to finish, it felt like Tanya was working for us. She kept us in the loop with what was going on up and down the whole chain, and was always one step ahead of our own agents (who won’t be getting a review but that’s another story). Considerate and personable Tanya was available and efficient, helping to make the whole process as smooth as it can be. She genuinely seemed excited for us when we went to pick up the keys. When we popped in the shop to say thank you a week or so later, we witnessed her calmly and professionally explaining the whole buying & selling process to a couple of first time buyers. Listening to her explaining the whole process reminded me of how time consuming and risky the process is until the contracts are exchanged (and one I don’t want to repeat for many years) but honestly with Tanya by their side, I knew that they would be guided through it step by step. I’ve never had an agent who I wasn’t directly paying for be so attentive and considerate. Thank you Tanya, and thank you Martin & Co.
