They genuinely care, are quick to respond and have kept us in the loop throughout, making the process more bearable. I can highly recommend them for buying or selling in and around Tewkesbury

26th Jan 2025 (12 weeks ago)We are so pleased that we chose Hamptons in Cirencester to market our property. Having lived in the same house for over 30 years we approached the thought of selling with some trepidation. However, shortly after our phone call Ian arrived and put us at ease from the outset. He provided a realistic price guide based on thorough research of similar sold properties in the area. Once we were ready to sell, our property was on the market within a week and sold subject to contract within 5 weeks. Throughout the entire process Ian, Greg and the team were always available for advice and support and their professional and friendly approach ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible liaising with all parties and keeping us regularly informed through to completion. If we were to sell again we would be straight on the phone to Hamptons.

Their positivity and support gave us back the confidence we needed at a stressful time and led to a successful and happy sale. We have been most impressed with Richard's professionalism and understanding of our needs. Thank you to the whole team for being so nice! We wouldn't hesitate in coming to you again if we ever move again (which we're not planning on doing soon)!

20th Feb 2025 (9 weeks ago)We have let two houses with Peter Ball lettings, one for 11 years and the other for 7 years and they have provided an excellent service to us over this period. In the last year Tess Ashmeade has been the Property Manager in Cheltenham and has been wonderful. She answers all queries quickly, efficiently and has an excellent nature. She is polite, helpful and liaises with both us and the tenants effectively. It is a delight to deal with her, she is an excellent ambassador for Peter Ball.

The property was ‘under offer’ after just 4 days but I worry until contracts exchange has taken place. With the World in chaos it takes a brave couple to take such risk. Wish me luck that all goes through. Thanks for the good advice contained on your website.- 10th Jan 2025 (15 weeks ago)I must say I found the staff at the Tewkesbury shop very professional and very easy to talk with nothing was never a problem and I was kept up to date with what was going on in the market. I would recommend Peter Ball Tewkesbury to my friends in this area.

I don't think we were the easiest of clients due to the situation we found ourselves in but they were helpful and professional throughout. Thanks for your help and we would recommend to anyone

I launched on Friday and accepted an offer on Tuesday! The whole process was stress-free and very professional. I would highly recommend Savills.

I then met them at the property and they were clearly knowledgeable and then throughout the entire sales process they were great. I would definitely recommend them and if I ever had a need for their services again I would 100% use them again.

18th Mar 2025 (5 weeks ago)Absolute scumbags. Dealt with Chris Gaskell. I have attached a response he gave after messaging him for 4 months. After a number of emails which he failed to reply I contact the solicitors directly through the contract draft. I had no Information. Waited 5 months and then to be told actually …the business idea we approved before giving you the draft contract is now not acceptable. Please should these like the plague. I started messaging him since November 2024 and only because the solicitor got in touch with him did he reply.

25th Jan 2025 (12 weeks ago)All two rivers care about is money and I moved into a home of two rivers and was never touched they never done my boiler on time and kept cancelling my home is absolutely disgusting and I also been informed by someone from two rivers that they want do no work as they waiting for the bungalow to get so bad they will throw everyone out and smash down the bungalow
