4th Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)Chancellors Estate Agents Camberley couldn't have asked to be represented more positively than it was by Lettings Negotiator Jodie Nicholson during our recent rental search. Jodie's professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail meant it was a very pleasant, hassle-free experience for us, while her polite, friendly and compassionate approach took much of the stress out of a significant life event and was a breath of fresh air compared to many less than pleasing experiences with some of Chancellors' local competitors previously.

She is extremely knowledgeable and has been absolutely amazing from start to finish with everything. She set my mind more at rest. She was available all the time to answer any questions I had and would always return my calls. She explained everything really well and clearly. I felt so supported through the process. She assisted me with finding the right mortgage provider for me and my particular situation. I also appreciated her friendly disposition. 21st Feb 2025 (5 weeks ago)Avoid Hamilton – Dishonest, Unprofessional, and a Complete Waste of Time! Hamilton is the definition of unprofessional and dishonest. We visited a property after booking an appointment, and after viewing it, we were happy to offer the asking price – no issues with the price at all. The only thing we asked for was a simple change: a two-year contract instead of the one-year term. The agent showing the house told us she was busy all day but would speak to the office once she could, and that she would get back to us. We waited, expecting a call, but instead, the next thing we know, the house is suddenly marked as "Let Agreed." Not once did they inform us that the house was already under offer. Not once did they tell us that someone had already put down a deposit or that the property was under review. If they knew the property was already taken, why didn’t they tell us upfront? Why waste our time? Why even show us the house in the first place? If they had been honest and said, "Hey, the property is under offer, but if it doesn’t work out, we’ll keep you in mind," we would have been okay with that. Instead, we were left hanging. The worst part? They didn’t even have the decency to call us and say, "Sorry, the property is no longer available." We were just left in limbo, with no communication or follow-up. It’s like they couldn’t care less about their clients. The agent herself was completely unhelpful – standing there like a statue, not offering any useful information. We had to ask all the questions, and even then, she didn’t have any answers. She didn’t even bother to offer any extra details or make the experience smoother. Hamilton is a complete joke of a company. dishonest, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional company. They don't care about your time, and they don’t communicate properly. Don’t bother with them – you’ll just get left in the dark. I wouldn’t trust them with anything.

Graham and the Nicholson’s team are some of the most genuine and trustworthy professionals I’ve ever come across. I first approached them late last year about a property they had available. I made an offer below the asking price, and after some negotiation, it was accepted. The property was leasehold, and throughout the sales process, several obstacles arose—at times, it felt like the deal was on the verge of falling through. However, I cannot fault Graham and the team in any way. Their professionalism, persistence, and problem-solving ensured a successful outcome. Finding an estate agent who is both honest and reliable is rare these days, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have come across this exceptional team. Graham, in particular, has gone above and beyond. He has always been available, no matter the time—whether it’s 8 PM in the evening or on a Sunday, he has never hesitated to assist. That level of dedication is almost unheard of in this industry. I highly recommend Nicholson’s and all the services they offer. It’s been a privilege working with them, and I look forward to any future dealings!
