19th Sep 2024 (18 days ago)The team at the Frost partnership in Beaconsfield have been outstanding during my recent, but lengthy, house selling and purchasing process. Franky, in particular was a resource of calm, honest, sensible, practical advice and reassurance, remaining professional and level headed at all times. Quite frankly, I don’t know how I might have endured the ups and downs without her tenacity, diplomacy, pragmatic nature and her will to push it through to the very end. I can’t thank her enough. Many thanks must also be given to the team supporting her, for their courtesy and help over the phone and in person. If you are considering selling, I highly recommend Frosts. They are great at marketing it to a wide audience, professional at eeking out the right buyers, empathetic and respectful in viewings at your home and follow up with feedback afterwards. They will take care of you each step of the way. Only one last thing to say…. If carlsberg did estate agents…. ????

22nd Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)We had the pleasure of having Claire Barber from the Hamptons@Beaconsfield as our purchasing agent. She was so thorough, and had so much knowledge and insight in the area. It was a pleasure working alongside her to find our new home. At the office we were being dealt with by Tanya Brodie from the Hamptons@Beaconsfield. She was absolutely amazing! Moving can be stressful, but she was just so soothing, dealt with the all the messy stuff so efficiently, and got the job done! Thank you to both these amazing women. 11th Sep 2024 (26 days ago)We were delighted with Tim Russ Hazlemere from day 1 when we asked Martin to come and value our bungalow. Knowing the area well he gave us a valuation that he felt was realistic and he and his team went into action. The photographer was very thorough and then the viewings started . Within a week we had sold and through to the completion Martin Jo and the team were at the end of the phone to assist with any ( and many ) queries. We would totally recommend them to anyone thinking of selling in the Hazlemere / Penn area. From the beginning to the end they gave us confidence .

Wye were relentless trying to tempt a buyer for our property. Yes we did have to drop our price a little, but that was the only way to sell! There were very few properties to look at, but Wye took on board our wish list, found the house (before it was even on the market) and even found a property for the vendor to complete the chain! We ended up in a very large chain, but Wye navigated us through with barely a hitch. Thank you very much Nicole, Ian and Sarah - Highly recommended!!

The whole process was super easy, quick and transparent! Justin was lovely and Justin had a great sense of humour which always help. I would definitely reach out to the group again for housing needs and look forward to a continued relationship.

They gave us some good advice along the way and achieved a fair price under the circumstances.
18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Ben's communication and honesty is 2nd to none and was a rare trate in this industry. I would not hesitate to recommend F&P to anyone looking to move. Ben also managed to get me £10k more on the sales price that I hoped for and I will definitely use F&P again if I ever need to move in future.

Also she sorted out a replacement fridge freezer for the flat as the seal had broken on the freezer part and the landlord was unable to get that replaced. Thanks Natasha!
