22nd Aug 2024 (27 days ago)We had the pleasure of having Claire Barber from the Hamptons@Beaconsfield as our purchasing agent. She was so thorough, and had so much knowledge and insight in the area. It was a pleasure working alongside her to find our new home. At the office we were being dealt with by Tanya Brodie from the Hamptons@Beaconsfield. She was absolutely amazing! Moving can be stressful, but she was just so soothing, dealt with the all the messy stuff so efficiently, and got the job done! Thank you to both these amazing women. Couldn’t have done it without them!- 8th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Andrew, Paul and Max at Hamptons, Great Missenden sold our house and dealt with the trials and tribulations of the UK House market and Chains, with professionalism and enthusiasm. The photos were superb, attention to detail first class and the engagement with our property was excellent from start to finish. We cannot thank them enough, and would highly recommend to anyone coming to market!

3rd Sep 2024 (15 days ago)We bought a house through JNP Hazlemere in Widmer End. The transaction was not a straight forward one with issues from our buyers almost scuppering the entire process. JNP and specificially Mark Prior provided support and reassurance throughout the process. Having had a not so great experience with the agents on my sale, the constrast was stark between them and how Mark managed the process. He was proactive, dedicated and always available. Whilst as the buyer JNP ultimately served their client, the seller, I always felt throughout the process that Mark and his team had a genuine interest in the well-being and success of everyone involved in the process. He quickly became my go to person rather than my own agent for my sale. Thank you so much for everything team. Would definitely recommend in the future!

20th Aug 2024 (29 days ago)Our property in Beaconsfield has been managed by Tim Russ for many years now and we would highly recommend them. The level of service has been of the highest standard with both regular and more pressing issues being handled efficiently and promptly. We can't recommend Sue and Kathi highly enough, they have always been polite and incredibly responsive and couldn't have been more helpful. Our tenant has also enjoyed the same level of service creating a very successful relationship for all involved. Overall an excellent letting partner.

The whole process was super easy, quick and transparent! Justin was lovely and Justin had a great sense of humour which always help. I would definitely reach out to the group again for housing needs and look forward to a continued relationship.

18th Mar 2024 (5 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

23rd Aug 2024 (26 days ago)R Whitley & Co were the agents for the sellers of the house we bought. They are an awesome agency. We were looking in the area they work in so we crossed paths more than once during our house search. a shout out to mary-joy who was accommodating and answered all our queries and followed up on things for us when we were most picky, and a special thank you from the heart to tony. tony was following up with our solicitor to make sure things are done on time and called to check up on things and I think if it wasn't for him things would have stalled. he is an outstanding agent who came after we moved to show me things around the house and even tought me how to use the electric shower and opened the water valves for us. We are truly so grateful and thankful. a very personal approach that makes this agency truly amazing. We can't thank them enough for all they did.

Ben's communication and honesty is 2nd to none and was a rare trate in this industry. I would not hesitate to recommend F&P to anyone looking to move. Ben also managed to get me £10k more on the sales price that I hoped for and I will definitely use F&P again if I ever need to move in future.

Also she sorted out a replacement fridge freezer for the flat as the seal had broken on the freezer part and the landlord was unable to get that replaced. Thanks Natasha!
