The photographs and description were of a very high standard and throughout the sales process, we were kept fully informed of developments. Philip offered good advice on the state of the market and was proactive in pursuing opportunities. We would have no hesitation in recommending Rodgers to anybody and were very satisfied with the service we received.

Ms Azra kept us informed with various reports relating to our properties. She also and very kindly updated us with the legislative side of things by sending us various circulars and publications. Extremely courteous service based upon customer trust and interests. Thank you to a wonderful team

1st Mar 2024 (21 weeks ago)Although the chain was long, Kristy did a fantastic job in managing the chain throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend Kristy in getting the job done and keeping the chain together. There were times when we felt the chain would fall apart but Kristy ensured that didn’t happen and was always communicating with us. Although the process wasn’t the easiest it was overall a great service from Kristy and Hilton King and Locke.

When we first met, his approach was honest and he backed his team to deliver in all areas, which they did. We would definitely recommend working with Joe and the team at Trend & Thomas.
4th Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)Slow to give feedback on viewings. I had to chase after a couple of days but improved when I complained. Some rushed viewings . One agent arrived and said it had to be quick and she had asked the buyer to come earlier. Another told a late buyer asked to come at 8.45am on arrival that they only had 15 minutes so it would be a quick look . We were told they had a large database of buyers but I wonder if just relying on the property listings and their database algorithms to find people was enough. They did offer us a premium listing months later when I asked what else could be done and this generated viewings . Unable to arrange one second viewing and blamed staff absence for not contacting the buyer when I rang up a week later and the buyer did not return their call. People not getting back to them happened a lot . We were never shown any evidence of their contacts with people . It's a shame as they understood the market and provided a lot of information about why viewings were sparse due to external factors.Pleasant staff with good local knowledge. We gave them a long period as it was a tough time to sell but did decide to find another agent in the end as they did not seem that proactive .
11th Sep 2023 (10 mo. ago)I am so grateful to Richard and the team for all their hard work and perseverance on my nightmare of a house sale, and for turning in into a success! They found me a lovely buyers but due to some big oversights by my buyer’s agent (Chancellors) the chain was at risk of falling apart. Richard stepped in and ended up doing a lot of extra work to rescue it, even helping my buyers on various aspects of their house sale when their estate agent went AWOL. I found Richard very transparent and honest, with excellent knowledge of the local market. He updated me straight away on every development and gave me comprehensive advice throughout. The rest of the team were also organised and effective; they even knocked to check everything was ok when I left my garage door wide open since I’d told them I wouldn’t be around much. I felt the staff all really cared about the clients, properties and the other people involved in the sale. All the team at Robsons have been fully committed from the beginning. We must say a special thank you to the sales progression team who went the extra mile and pushed the sale along, especially in those moments when it looked like things were slowing down. A few judicious emails and phone calls soon had things back on track. We would certainly recommend Robsons
