Being a first time landlord with no idea on how to get started renting my property, they were and have continued to be super informative, supportive and always on hand to reassure & answer any questions I have. Then Alex Pavlikova took over and was very supportive and professional and kept my notified through each step of the way. Alex answered any questions I had and came back to me in a timely manner. Couldn't thank her enough.

While we would have liked to arrange a second viewing to look everything over again ourselves, in the end, everything worked out as it should, and Kyle resolved many of our doubts throughout the entire purchasing process. He was also helpful with a few questions about the house's operation afterwards. I also appreciate the ladies in the office who allowed me to wait there for a while on the key collection day and offered me a cup of tea.
