Do you have a burning desire to have leaks and water issues, heating issues that go unanswered? then you have found your rental agency. Speak with Emily, the high priestess of word salads and deflection.They truly display a level of care and concern that is on par with inanimate objects. But the inanimate object, in my esteem, would still fare better in the area of common sense. THEY WORK FOR LANDLORDS' NOT TENANTS. JUST HAVE A LOOK AT THE DISMISSIVE RESPONSES THEY LEAVE TO FOLKS UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THIS IS THE SAME TYPE OF DISMISSIVENESS AND DEFLECTION EMPLOYED TO CIRCUMVENT RESPONSIBILITY FROM ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR LETTING.
3rd Jan 2025 (20 days ago)I sold my late fathers house with century 21 and from them to be great to work with from start to finish. We set up a Whatsapp group and they informed me and my co-executor through the group about any new information related to the sale. It was sold quickly and they were fabulous from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling a home.

Megan and her colleague Caroline followed up with my application right away and got me sorted. The front of office team is very adept and approachable.

24th Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)Unprofessional and Untrustworthy Service - Very Disappointing Experience We recently viewed a house in the Rainhill area and really liked it. We made an offer at the vendor’s requested price, which was handled by Brooks Estate Agents. After submitting all the necessary documents as requested, we received no updates for two days. We repeatedly tried to call them, but they never answered, and when they finally did, it was after waiting through long queues. Their communication was extremely unprofessional. When we finally got through, they told us the vendor rejected our offer because we hadn’t submitted the required documents. We had already sent them the documents, but they only realized this after we called again and pointed it out. Their mistake cost us our dream home, and all we received was a simple “sorry.” To make matters worse, even after two days, we are still receiving emails about viewing the same house. When we called them to clarify, they were surprised but offered no solution. I have all the proof of my interactions with them, yet they continue to mishandle the situation. I feel that Brooks Estate Agents cannot be trusted, and it seems like they only prioritize certain clients. A very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Giovanni took on the property and had it under offer in 2 weeks. He came as recommendation from my father in law and I would recommend him to anyone.

18th Dec 2024 (5 weeks ago)No show to a viewing. I emailed them to complain about it and was ignored. Edit to the Belvoir response: I’m honoured to have finally be graced with a response. Of course you can’t see any cancelled viewings as my no-show viewing was in MAY 2024. I did email you sometime afterwards and never received any response either. You can keep assuring everyone that this never happened, however, another person who also turned up for the viewing was also never contacted. We both called you on 2 different numbers, we both received an automated reminder and the other viewer even called you the morning of the viewing and was told it was happening. She traveled some distance just for that viewing! I think I gave you more than enough opportunities to sort it out and you replying at the end of this year is now pointless and clearly serves to present yourselves in a good light before you ignore or upset more people in the new year. So no, I won’t be contacting you as I have enough to do before Christmas. I’m only relieved I didn’t rent anything through your agency.
