Do you have a burning desire to have leaks and water issues, heating issues that go unanswered? then you have found your rental agency. Speak with Emily, the high priestess of word salads and deflection.They truly display a level of care and concern that is on par with inanimate objects. But the inanimate object, in my esteem, would still fare better in the area of common sense. THEY WORK FOR LANDLORDS' NOT TENANTS. JUST HAVE A LOOK AT THE DISMISSIVE RESPONSES THEY LEAVE TO FOLKS UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THIS IS THE SAME TYPE OF DISMISSIVENESS AND DEFLECTION EMPLOYED TO CIRCUMVENT RESPONSIBILITY FROM ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR LETTING.

Giovanni took on the property and had it under offer in 2 weeks. He came as recommendation from my father in law and I would recommend him to anyone.

My agent Ben really went above and beyond for what turned out to be a difficult conveyancing experience but we got there in the end! I would definitely recommend Nested for a bespoke service you don’t get elsewhere.
18th Dec 2024 (22 weeks ago)No show to a viewing. I emailed them to complain about it and was ignored. Edit to the Belvoir response: I’m honoured to have finally be graced with a response. Of course you can’t see any cancelled viewings as my no-show viewing was in MAY 2024. I did email you sometime afterwards and never received any response either. You can keep assuring everyone that this never happened, however, another person who also turned up for the viewing was also never contacted. We both called you on 2 different numbers, we both received an automated reminder and the other viewer even called you the morning of the viewing and was told it was happening. She traveled some distance just for that viewing! I think I gave you more than enough opportunities to sort it out and you replying at the end of this year is now pointless and clearly serves to present yourselves in a good light before you ignore or upset more people in the new year. So no, I won’t be contacting you as I have enough to do before Christmas. I’m only relieved I didn’t rent anything through your agency.
