30th Oct 2025 (18 weeks ago)Recently bought a new build in Marton, Spicerhaart are selling on behalf of E5. Dealt with new build Sales Director Graham Lang who said he would make the process as smooth as possible. Sadly it could not have been further from the truth the process was very poor communication wise, once they had our deposit for the new build they were not interested. Graham does not respond to emails or phone calls and speaking to other occupiers on the site it seems they have all had exceptionally poor service from Graham. Avoid this agent whether buying or selling they are only interested in your money, they don’t care about you as a person.

Eight years ago, when we purchased the farm, Melissa was working for a different agent and supported us through what was a particularly complex and far-from-straightforward transaction. We never forgot how capable, calm and supportive she was throughout that process, so when the time came to sell, she was the natural choice to represent us. From the moment Melissa took over the sale, the experience was seamless. She went above and beyond at every stage, always being available, doing exactly what she said she would do, and even negotiating on our behalf while on annual leave. Her dedication, professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding, but what truly set her apart was the genuine care and understanding she showed throughout what can be a stressful process. From the initial marketing with excellent photography including drone footage, excellent communication throughout the sales processes and going well beyond their scope at points, the team made the stress of selling houses in the Uk much more bearable and couldn't have been more helpful.- 19th Feb 2026 (12 days ago)If I could give 6 stars I would. From the first enquiry phone call to picking the keys Donna was a superstar. I couldn't have asked for a better letting agent and as for the landlord aswell she is great. Donna took care of everything and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and it moved through swiftly. I would definitely recommend Donna at lovelles she is fantastic.
24th May 2024 (1 year ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

(Gainsborough)<br>Everything going well after Ryan kindly came round to professionally talk about the finer details and took some skilful, marvellous photos of our home.<br>Alfie, also very professional and friendly came to do our EPC, which didn't involve him ripping the place apart thankfully, and to be fair, he was like a sniper and we didn't really know he was here????True gentleman and looking forward to selling through them.

We needed good communication as we were selling from abroad and from start to finish the PGM team were polite, efficient and effective. Thankyou guys. Can't recommend highly enough. Will use again.
