7th Nov 2019 (4 years ago)Hogans would not do repairs in the property I was living in so I had to move they also had me redecorate the house from top to bottom as I got down to the last room I came off the ladder and fractured my ankle evan then they wanted me to finish the decoration evan tho I had painted 3 of the rooms on more than one occasion due to damp and mold they had also left me over Christmas holidays with no hot water or heating

They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done and deliver. They made the whole experience stress-free, were 100% professional, have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market business with the added bonus of amazing value for money and you can't ask for more than that. Thank you to you both!

15th Nov 2019 (4 years ago)Booked a viewing for a property I was interested in ls8, agent arrives late, rushed the guide of the house and had lack of information about the property, in the end I placed a bid then never heard from them after that, rang up a few times kept getting told I would get a call back, few months down the line I see the same house for LESS than my original bid, lost out on a sale due to poor customer service.

Always professional, smiling and cheerful even when dealing with Mr Grumpy (me), Jess went above and beyond to help us acheive our collective goal. Chapeau!- 1st Jun 2022 (1 year ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.
