I feel that they have been very supportive and proactive in a turbulent and difficult market in a City Centre location. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Agency.

Horrible agency managing rental properties. 2 months since initial complaint and nothing done about fly tipping onto my land from the property they manage. Previous tenant also told me it took them ages to fix the boiler in winter time whilst they had no hot water or heating. Only responsive when it benefits them. Also, their complaints process is to send a letter in 21st century. Guaranteed only so they can say they never got it! Picture of the mess they refuse to take care of attached

For the first time, I truly felt like an estate agent had my back and was acting in my best interest. She went above and beyond, even doing work I didn’t realise estate agents typically do, like compiling a report to justify the property’s value. That level of commitment was a world away from what I’ve experienced before. The photography, videos, and the listing on Rightmove were exceptional. Things are moving quickly and smoothly and Sina always gives me an update without me reaching out. Hands down the best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with.
20th Jun 2025 (22 days ago)they cancel the viewing is because they don't want to take someone on benefits they do not like me so no wasting my time and now I'm going to have to look for another house somewhere else because this agency is just wants to play games whatever you do please do not go to this agencythe council will win enough to pick the deposit down and pay the rent in advance I will be taking legal action because it feels like to me no one wants to help me and no one wants to give me a house it's all because I'm on benefits and all because I'm trying to go back to work it's an absolute joke that you can miss someone around

They even tried to be sly and send my friend a document in English knowing she can't read it and I was acting as a guarantor but they didnt share it with me, if my friend had signed it we would have been liable for hundreds of pounds.......shame on you, sly in my book.

I then received a call from Stewart to arrange a meeting, I visited the office and met up with Stewart who from the start was very friendly and could tell he enjoys what he does, he was extremely helpful and is now supporting me to get my first home.
