Super friendly, helpful, kind and quick to respond to anything we’ve asked. So glad to have Kayleigh helping us through this process, would highly recommend!

7th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have to leave a review for these guys, although totally unrelated to any of the services connells provide! I was in such a stressful situation and on a very tight time limit, I needed some documents photocopied to be post office verified, I tried absolutely everywhere in town nobody was able to help me, I took a risk and went into Connells, it was done within 2 minutes!! No questions asked just done right there and then. I was so so relieved and they have no idea how important it was for me to get that done! The people in there are so so helpful, I can only imagine how helpful they are when it comes to actually using them for renting/buying! Nothing is too much trouble and they supported us all the way through the process of buying and selling. They were always very easy to contact by phone and emails were always answered very quickly. 18th Dec 2023 (8 mo. ago)Deakin White were efficient and proactive in searching for properties for me. Both Sarah and Elliot were very good, made appointments at short notice and their sales style was not pushy at all (which I really liked). Communication is an area for improvement, it became apparent when talking to the seller directly that information wasn't always being passed on and the manager of the branch was able to progress things that had stalled for a few weeks. Overall a good experience.

5th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

22nd Aug 2024 (23 days ago)While they are great at taking ones details when you call to request for a viewing they fail to call you back as promised. When you follow up (24 hours later) they advise the property is no longer on the market. Very poor communication.
