We had a number of buyers in the first week, several of which made offers. They kept me in touch at all times and were very friendly and helpful on the phone. The sale went through very smoothly.

9th Dec 2024 (9 weeks ago)I’d had a few estate agents and was struggling to sell it , I had 2 sellers that pulled out at the last minute. However when I changed to watersons they were confident that it would sell and I went with them in February and it was sold in may.

18th Dec 2024 (8 weeks ago)I recently had to sell mums house due to her going into care. It was the family home which she had lived in for 68 years so it was upsetting for all of us. I chose Locate because they are local and have a very good reputation and that reputation is justified. From the valuation to completion Kirsty and Jade did everything possible to make it as easy as they could for me. Communication was fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you Kirsty and Jade you made a difficult situation more bearable.
