From the very first viewing all the way through to the final paperwork and handover of keys, she was consistently professional, attentive, and incredibly supportive. She paid close attention to every detail and ensured that all logistics were handled smoothly and efficiently. What really stood out was her clear communication and reassurance at every stage. She made sure I was informed and comfortable with each step of the process. Although there were moments when things felt a bit stressful, her calm approach and ability to manage every stage so effectively made the experience much more manageable. She truly went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track. I’m sincerely grateful for all her hard work and dedication, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and committed estate agent.

I’m a conveyancer and have been working in conveyancing for some time now, so I’ve dealt with countless estate agents. Unfortunately, many tend to leave everything to the conveyancers when it comes to chasing updates and progressing the matter. Dave has been outstanding throughout this transaction. He provided consistent updates and was extremely helpful in supporting the sellers with even the smallest matters, particularly when it came to obtaining documents and information from third parties, and ensuring the buyers’ requests were easily manageable for the client. This was also a chain of 8 properties, yet Dave stayed proactive and involved throughout while many other agents in the chain seemed content to sit back. It genuinely makes a difference working with someone who is engaged and committed to helping keep things moving. Dave was exactly that. Highly recommended.

What really stood out was how friendly and approachable everyone was. Moving house can be stressful, but they made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. They were always quick to respond, kept us well informed at every stage, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Their professionalism was clear throughout, but it was their genuinely warm and supportive attitude that made the biggest difference. Moving house can be a stressful time, but throughout, Regan made the process stress free with his knowledge, friendly manner, and him regular keeping me up to date with the progress throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for Regan which was so reassuring. I could not have expected any better interaction, and so I can truthfully highly recommend Regan as regards professionalism, and ensuring that any future clients can be assured of a five star service. If there is any damage that was present before you moved in, you get blamed for it. They also blame you for the rusty pipes at the boiler. ????????????. Just avoid it. And if you are renting from someone and the agent is 'Black and White,' good luck to you.

I would have really liked more feedback and more of a push from there end to get creative in the sale space but I feel the experience overall is a positive one.

I chose them due to having sold similar houses close by and gut feeling. Honestly it could not have gone better, I was lucky enough to get multiple offers from the first viewings, Nick did a great job. Sam kept me up to date with the sale progress better than my Solicitor. Using WhatsApp was so convenient for me. All around they are a great team and I highly recommend them. I would use them again without a second thought.

The marketing was of a very high standard and we were very pleased with how our property was presented and marketed. Sharon was always friendly and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Communication especially was really good throughout the process. Regular updates and dialogue definitely helped make a potentially stressful process a lot more easier to manage. 17th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)They didn’t sell my house. I had to pull them off and go for a PTX as they began to give me anxiety. They didn’t keep me up to date and when it came to speaking to my PTX company they gave inaccurate information which affected my valuation. They seem like lovely people but I don’t think I will recommend them to anyone as there were just too many issues that I felt I didn’t have to deal with.
