We chose Whitegates Ilkeston having had valuations and quotations from 3 estate agents and from first to last we had no doubt we had made the right decision. From explaining that two sales contracts would be needed to take account of our circumstances to accompanied viewings with feedback on each of them and liaising with us on offers, the service was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Had a look at a lovely flat, and was shown the property by Sarah, who was both professional and also friendly, making a lot of other letting agents look like amateurs by comparison. Kept the communication direct and simple in informing me what I needed to do next in the application, can't praise Marriotts enough!

26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Guided us through the process really well, organised viewings quickly, responding at, quite frankly, silly hours and got the house on the market and sold within a week! Moving house is always stressful but I don’t think there was anything that could have gone better. Thank you!
8th May 2025 (6 weeks ago)We have have several houses with Katie homes for about 10 years. They’ve always been good. Recently though, the service has moved to a whole new level. Jamie has been working with us closely as we have done tenant changes and refurbs. The service has been exceptional, with Jamie updating us as things happen via WhatsApp. It’s all going smoothly, with helpful suggestions when one thing doesn’t work. Very happy customers.

18th Jul 2024 (10 mo. ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

She was very organised and competent and clearly explained what was included in the fee. My flat sold very quickly but sadly fell through - no problem, EweMove found me another buyer in just 10 days! Diane was brilliant with everything post-sale, keeping me completely up-to-date and recommending excellent movers. Definitely recommended!

As 21-year-olds, we’d been judged by other estate agent companies, but Nicole never made us feel anything but supported and taken seriously. She was always available whenever we needed her—day or night—and went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We felt like we were in safe hands from start to finish. We’re so grateful for everything she did and couldn’t recommend her more!

6th Jun 2025 (10 days ago)After an awful experience with a larger well known estate agent in Wollaton, we went with PDM Estates in hopes for a better chance of selling our home to serious buyers. Harry was so knowledgeable and gives such a personal touch to his clients. He took the time to get to know us personally and what was important to us in selling our home. With his help and honest advice, we sold our home within three months! Start to finish! This would have never happened without him keeping on top of solicitors, keeping the whole chain in the loop and ensuring the process was as stress free for us as possible. I can honestly say that Harry’s expertise and due diligence with our buyers was exceptional. I would recomend anyone looking to sell their home to contact PDM Estates instead of the larger well-known agents, i wish i had gone to Harry first instead of wasting almost 8 months of stress and anxiety through a larger firm previously. Our little family are forever grateful and are finally able to mive on in our perfect new home ????

Smooth transaction throughout starting with Callum the branch Manager who provided helpful advice on letting and then with Sophia. All very professional, helpful and friendly throughout.
