5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)My account wasn’t handled professionally. I had to chase several team members, to rectify accounting issues and contractual mistakes. To the point where I had to formally complain to be heard. Eventually decided to leave the property for and still my account still not handled correctly. Because of these mistakes I had to wait while for my deposit to be returned. Despite me sending evidence from the first week they took over my property. Overall experience was horrible and extremely stressful. From my personal experience, I would recommend you avoid at all cost if possible

Coupled with his proactive attitude and client service as a whole, I have had a really positive experience and good start to my journey in finding my first purchase!- 10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)Charlie in the High Wycombe office is amazing: her energy, commitment and friendly professionalism have to be commended. We got off to a very disappointing start with this particular office but Charlie, once she took the reins, truly saved the day. I will miss her!

26th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Sarah has been absolutly fantastic throughout the entire process often going above and beyond. I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! Thank you so much Brockenhurst!
26th May 2024 (9 weeks ago)I would recommend Barons to anybody in Basingstoke looking to sell. Their approach to marketing houses is clearly proven and works well. There are online estate agents that will probably achieve similar at a fraction of the price but I fear you'd sacrifice the thorough and attentive service that you get from Barons. Would definitely recommend.

The agents go above and beyond and it was a pleasant experience from the initial viewing until the day I left the rented property. Winkworth were always super responsive and supportive with anything I needed, and most of all, friendly. Special mentions to Anna and Alyx - they really help to give Winkworth the reputation it deserves ????????

Ollie came to value our house that we had lived in for over 25 years and made the difficult decision to put our house on the market much easier. Danny was brilliant throughout our sales process and we achieved a price for our house that we were very happy with. Then Kev helped to get us over the line to completion. Thanks for all your hard work. I must also mention Janine at Lamb Brooks, who was extremely helpful in getting our sale and purchase finalised. She is very professional and was always quick to answer any questions that we had.

30th Apr 2024 (13 weeks ago)DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT SERVICE!. We have been renting a three bedroom house in Heritage Park. They never worked in our best interest which they should as the agent. Even when we stated repairs they would not get them sorted in a reasonable amount of time. The garage always flooded and there was mould and damp making it non usable yet we were still charged extortionate rent. We were not advised we could have served section 3 against the rent amount in our first six months of tenancy. For the whole tenancy we had trouble with the hot water and showers, they were never properly fixed and the LL who was not qualified kept guessing the issue therefore creating further issues. The LL was very belittling and as a woman spoke down to me. Simmons and Sons were just as bad, from the beginning they made comments on our age which is wrong and they were very rude to us on the phone. No one ever helped us and our emails were always manipulated before sending to the LL therefore creating issues that didn’t need to be made. This made our time at the property a misery as when we made them aware of issues they told us and I quote from our calls… ‘If you don’t like then leave!’ They were saying this through the tenancy therefore creating a very hostile environment and not giving us the a nice environment to live in. We also made them aware of non compliance electrical wiring that was a fire safety hazard and they refused to allow the council access and said it wasn’t like that even when I have photographic evidence. The fact an estate agency like this is allowed to treat tenants like this is terrible and inhumane. When I disputed the deposit they claimed for everything and manipulated things to suit them. The LL did all the painting and stuff in the property and yet at the end we were charged for the dodgy paintwork and repairs he did! We weren't allowed to get the property recleaned on the discrepancies as instead they just give you a £240 bill! WORST LETTINGS DEPARTMENT EVER!

3rd Jul 2024 (24 days ago)Simon was excellent from the first time that he visited the property. He was highly professional and talked us through the selling process. We were happy to appoint a family business in the knowledge that only Simon or Ben would be conducting the viewings. Detailed feedback was given following all viewings and the property sold quickly fetching a higher price than we had anticipated. Despite issues at the other end of the chain Simon stayed calm and kept us up to date with developments. His experience and knowledge enabled him to provide a professional and personal service. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Randalls. Thank you Simon.
3rd Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Estate Agents sometimes get a bad rap (on occasions deserved), But if you use Henry Phillips Estate Agent, they will take you through the whole process of selling the house, explaining how and why your house is advertised and when the offer comes through they lease with both sets of Solicitors. I can assure you, your stress will be much reduced. Our main contact was David Stevens and throughout it was obvious he new what he was talking about, A very proffesional job. Thankyou Ben

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.

29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Brockenhurst have been fantastic from start to finish, starting off with our initial meeting with Sarah discussing our sale and requirements for a new home to Julie taking the open days getting a buyer swiftly for our house and with our move manager Dawn, who has been amazing with all the running around chasing to ensure the whole chain are on the same page. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, communicative estate agents.

2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)We moved in June 2024 with the help of James from Ewe Move Tadley and I simply cannot emphasise enough how brilliant he was throughout our whole experience. We had various estate agents come to value our house and out of all of them, James spent the most time with us and helped explain the whole process. We didn’t feel like just a number or a commission, but real people about to enter the world of moving. James spent 2 hours with us discussing what was going on in the housing market, the sales they’ve made recently and even explaining how the house buying process works. The valuation was fare and competitive too. The photos taken of the house are of such high quality which is so important when selling your house. We also had a 3D tour of the house available as well. Overall 10/10 for marketing. It did take a while to receive an offer however I put this down to putting our house on the market in November 2023. By mid January we had an offer. Then the wait whilst the solicitors did their thing. James was available pretty much whenever we needed him. Which was a lot because I’m a worrier and moving house is so stressful. James made it so much easier and was able to calm our frustrations. Some aspects of our sale were hard to swallow. And costly. But James was able to help our perspective shift from “why the fudge did we even bother?” To “yep. We’re doing it! This is ok. We will be ok!” 5 months later and our moving date finally arrived. James helped us throughout the whole journey and we couldn’t be more thankful. We have our dream home and that wouldn’t have been possible without Ewe Move. Thank you James :D
