He is very customer focused, and whilst viewing properties with him we never felt rushed and he always provided answers to any questions we had within 24 hours. A pleasure to deal with!
19th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)I am a single occupant first time buyer and the prospect of buying my first home was daunting and overwhelming. I had experiences with two other estate agents before I found Gascoigne-Pees, which were stressful and unhelpful. My experience with Gascoigne-Pees was refreshingly positive and they were very efficient, informative and helpful. Martina and Kim in particular were very helpful for me throughout the whole process and were always willing to support me with any questions that I had, and were very responsive. They were friendly and approachable, supporting me through the whole process. I would definitely recommend this estate agents and would look to use them again myself in the future when the time arises!

17th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

They are always so friendly and helpful and it has been a pleasure to deal with them. Julie and Nicky in particular have always been willing to go the extra mile to get things done. I would definitely recommend them.

Ross and his team at Graham and Co made the navigation of our house sale a far less stressful process than we had imagined it would be. They were with us every step of the way, and we really appreciated their "hand holding" for a process that is often billed as one of the most stressful things in life to navigate through. There was no hard sell of their services, they delivered what they said they would, and were always available if we needed extra reassurance or had any questions. We would highly recommend Graham and Co to anyone wanting a professional, honest and hard working estate agent who are a pleasure to deal with at all stages of the sale process.

Proactive when dealing with solicitors and any issues that happened along the way. We would look to use Charlton Grace in the future, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

They were a thoroughly professional team, and from the outset I was impressed by their engagement, alacrity and all round competence. They clearly have a strong local network, and the property sold quickly, smoothly and within a sliver of the asking price, on a street where volumes have been slow due to overly aggressive price expectations. I would happily use them again and recommend them unreservedly

Although it was a tough market, they were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process; checking the house when asked and letting in gasmen etc as required. They also kept us well informed and were unfailingly polite.

The team, especially Fiona, were always helpful & professional and made it as easy as possible to manage the property, which was especially important as none of us live in the area. In fact, they even found our forever home for us and arranged a viewing before it went to market- if it wasn’t for them and their knowledge and expertise we would never have found it. Communication throughout the whole process has been great, we have been kept up to date every step of the way.
