Even before our own property was on the market, he took the time to show us a number of homes with no pressure at all, striking exactly the right balance of professional, friendly and helpful. That early experience meant we didn’t consider using anyone else when it came to selling. Archie handled our sale brilliantly, securing a fair price quickly and keeping us fully informed throughout the process. From sale agreed to exchange in just two months was impressively fast, and a real credit to Archie’s proactive approach. Overall, a smooth and positive experience with Hamptons where Archie is a real asset and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Each member of the team that I dealt with was helpful and professional and kept me in the loop at all times, despite some challenging situations. Particularly want to mention Kornelija and Suzy from the sales team and Sophie and Adrian from the rental team. Recommend to anyone planning on selling or renting out their property- 6th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)We we cannot Thank Millie at Savils Sunningdale enough for going above and beyond helping us sell our property even when times were very stressful. She always managed to help with contacting our solicitor and smooth things over.
11th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)We had the pleasure of dealing with Livvy Meyrick and Ed Shaw in our Purchase via Knight Frank, recently. As seems to be the consensus (in particular about Livvy) from the other reviews; she was outstanding, hardworking, communicative, quick to jump in is/as required, genuinely cared - and genuinely the best Estate Agent I've ever worked with in over 30 property transactions. She also has a very positive energy about her too - which on a 'human level' is just nice. I've no doubt that Ed and the rest of the Knight Frank team are equally as excellent - but as Livvy was our main contact - she absolutely smashed it. I've no hesitation whatsoever in using Knight Frank for other Purchases or Sales. Their service was consistently outstanding!

11th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)The house was sold within a week of advertising it online but Romans even got viewings in before that, with some offers coming at that initial stage too. The house was sold at asking price. All communication was excellent and all agents I dealt with were very polite, kind and accommodating.
6th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)The Michael Hardy team at Wokingham were all very pleasant to deal with and showed true professionalism, patience and were extremely helpful through-out the conveyancing process even though they had to deal with many hurdles on the way. This is how I would expect estate agents should be!

My partner and I are first time buyers and made an appointment to figure out where we were and what our affordability was. Sam was clear and concise, and we came away feeling much more positive than we had hoped! Sam made sure to explain everything plainly for us, and was helpful over email even after our appointment. Although we’re not quite in a position to buy right away, we hope we’ll be back in a few years time for more help from these guys! Already recommended to a colleague!

11th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Having used a different agent previously, we switched to Quarters and wow what a difference! Nick and Teresa have been incredible from the very start, advising us on the process, matching us with potential buyers (it genuinely feels like this, rather than just getting people through the door and wasting everyone’s time!) and consistently giving feedback so we know what’s happening. To our surprise the amazing service continued after we had accepted an offer, with Nick being instrumental in the sale process and proactively being the conduit that helped us understand was involved, helping to move things along when it felt like they had slowed and ultimately getting us to the point of exchange. We can’t recommend Quarters highly enough, they are absolutely phenomenal!

27th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Avocado have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their marketing was superb and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!
10th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

Feedback was always received promptly from viewings, and negotiations on price carried out carefully with both parties being fully updated. Unfortunately, our move took over a year due to issues with the chain, completely outside Frank Schippers control. Karl worked tirelessly to resolve issues down the chain and to keep things moving and intact. Without Karl’s diligence the move wouldn’t have happened. Highly recommended the team at Frank Schippers.

What he achieved was beyond what was expected, and he made the whole process a lot easier than it might otherwise have been. A star all round.

From the very beginning, Bradley was polite, confident, and extremely reassuring. As an exceptional Sales Manager, he stood out straight away with his professionalism, knowledge, and determination to get our home sold. Bradley gave us complete confidence in the process and worked tirelessly to make sure everything moved forward. His communication, guidance, and commitment made a huge difference, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about achieving the best result for us. Thanks to Bradley’s efforts, Duncan Yeardley quickly got things moving. Our property was eventually sold with the help of Freya, who also played an important role in progressing the sale and helping get everything over the line. Behind the scenes, Karen Stanton was fantastic as well. She did a remarkable job, especially when it came to resolving issues and correcting mistakes made by our solicitors. Overall, Duncan Yeardley did a brilliant job, but Bradley Holt truly stood out. His dedication, professionalism, and leadership as Sales Manager made the whole experience much smoother for us. We would highly recommend Duncan Yeardley to anyone looking for support with sales or lettings. Huge Thanks MR & Mrs Singh

Although I was purchasing a property not selling, they assisted me with any and all requests I had, including questions I had for my solicitor. As a first time buyer they massively helped me understand the process and no question was a silly question. They were amazing! Namely Lisa and Anisa but the whole team are great and so so eager to help. Great experience!
