26th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)When I decided to look for a new home in Windsor, I approached Saviles, a reputed real estate agency in the area. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Georgina Gibson from the sales team, who proved to be an extremely friendly and knowledgeable professional. Georgina was very supportive of my search and took the time to understand my requirements and preferences. She was well-versed with the area I was interested in and provided me with valuable insights and recommendations. When I found a property that caught my eye, Georgina arranged a viewing for my family and me, going out of her way to accommodate our schedule and make the process as smooth as possible. She was highly professional, polite, and made us feel valued as clients. Georgina also helped me negotiate the lease with her client and submitted my offer on my behalf. She was proactive and responsive throughout the process, keeping me informed every step of the way. Despite Georgina's best efforts, the seller did not take our offer seriously, and we were unable to secure the property. However, this was not due to any fault of Saviles or Georgina. Georgina did everything she could to help us, but the seller was intent on holding out for a higher bid. Nevertheless, we were able to secure another house in Windsor, and the process is currently underway. I am grateful to Georgina for all her help and support, and I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a new home in Windsor. I am confident that she will be able to provide you with the same level of professionalism, expertise, and care that she provided me.

My property is currently let through Chancellors, I made a complaint about not receiving the correct amount of rent from Chancellors before Christmas and they have still not paid this! The branch agreed I was owed over £500, but Emma Cotterell in the Property Management team has ignored 5 emails, 3 phone calls and a formal complaint email. I am now escalating to the estate agents and lettings team at Trading Standards because I'm getting nowhere.

11th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)We recently sold our house with Prospects Warfield and were thrilled with the service we received from start to finish. Before speaking with them, we had been impressed by some other agents, but as soon as we met Paul Westmoreland, we could see how professional and genuine he was, so we opted for Prospects. It was such a good decision. Throughout the selling process, their whole team went above and beyond to get the best price for our property. The marketing was well done and really showed off the property's best features. Communications were clear and frequent, which we appreciated, and only high-quality buyers were shown the property, which meant we weren't constantly having to clean and tidy. Once the sale was agreed upon, Paul Westmoreland had to project manage everyone in the chain to ensure we communicated well and solicitors were progressing. This part of their service is often overlooked, but for us, it was invaluable. If you're considering selling your home in the Warfield area, you'd be crazy not to use Prospects. They have the best knowledge and contacts and offer a personal, dedicated service to get you the best price. A huge thank you to the entire team!
18th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)The house was overvalued. As it was subject to a Shared Appreciation Mortgage, the shortfall of £28,000 will have to be covered by the beneficiaries of a will. The Bank will not lose out at all. There were twelve viewings fairly quickly, but Prospect had known on the impending house sale for some time. Prospect were happy to ask us to take £35,000 less than their valuation. That valuation, surprise, surprise, was exactly the same as the Bank's. We pushed, and got the offer up £7,000. We took this offer because no chain is involved, and even more compound interest may be applied by the bank if the sale is not completed before a certain date.

She was not interested in discussing the property but rather just wanted the offer amount. This attitude together with reviews of how your tenants are treated tells us to stay away.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

1st May 2024 (3 days ago)So impressed with Hat and Home , sold my house in less than a week from instruction ,what a great team of people at the Bracknell branch ,very proactive and passionate about what they do excellent communication and marketing of the property ( was right on the ball ),fingers crossed now all goes the same moving forward to completion...at this point I can highly recommend them.
