We've recently completed the sale so a property and can't thank the staff at Michael Hardy (Wokingham) enough for all their hard work and perseverance in selling a property with a limited market. Barnaby Styer has been most helpful in keeping us up to date with the progress and making sure the property was continually visible on a multitude of different media. Sara Ankerson has been a great help, as have everyone in the Wokingham office. Would recommend them to anyone considering selling a property and looking for a highly professional service. 3rd Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)Recently used Sears Estate Agents in Bracknell to find a new tenant for my flat. Can’t praise them enough. A suitable tenant was found within 24 hours of it being advertised and all the financial checks on him and references were completed within 2-3 days. Contracts signed within 5 days!!! Super impressed with Andy and Leona whom I dealt with throughout. Needless to say I would highly recommend them.

16th Oct 2024 (17 weeks ago)Cam was very warm, whilst also remaining professional, from our first contact following my online enquiry via “marketplace” Cam kept in touch with me regularly enough for me to feel well informed about the availability of the property, and availability to view. Whilst also not being overly pushy or putting me under any pressure. I felt that Cam’s guidance provided around the terms of letting through Chancellors has been informative and understandable. My overall experience with Chancellors lettings Ascot branch, and more specifically my interactions with Cam, have been 100 percent positive, and I would recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area, or let their property.

David is the most professional estate agent I have ever dealt with, his personalised approach to keep me updated made the experience feel seamless and stress free. I have dealt with other local estate agents and had very bad experiences, Gascoigne-Pees in Maidenhead are the only estate agents I would recommend using is you are buying or selling a property. Thanks again guys!

My client manager was Mr Reiss Simpson, who went above and beyond to sell my home and keep me updated at all times. His professional and dedicated approach to selling was exceptional. Reiss was a pleasure to deal with , his human touch and kindness has to be acknowledged as he rolled his sleeves up and went that extra mile to help lift my belongings after I had major surgery . A pure gent and I cannot recommend Prospect enough , the entire team for all their support and quick turn around with the sale. It took all stress away from the seller and they updated me regularly . 19th Jan 2025 (22 days ago)If you’re looking for an estate agent, I can’t recommend Jigsaw enough! From start to finish, they were absolutely brilliant. Chris, David, and the team are the kind of people you want on your side when selling a house. They’re a small, family-like business with a tight-knit team of experienced staff (none of that “fresh out of college” sales rep!). They really take the time to get to know you and your property inside out. What really stood out to me was how honest and straightforward they were. Chris and David don’t give you the usual estate agent sales fluff—they’re upfront about your property, the price, and what to expect. And their communication was spot on. After every viewing, I got detailed updates, and they were so flexible when it came to accommodating potential buyers’ requests. Our sale wasn’t an easy one—it was part of a chain of five, and things took a long six months to complete. This is where Jigsaw really proved why they’re a cut above the rest. While the bigger agents in the chain just let things drag on (presumably because they know ‘it’s in the bag’), Jigsaw worked tirelessly to get the sale over the line. Nina deserves a massive shoutout here—she was an absolute star! If it wasn’t for her, the chain would probably have collapsed, and we wouldn’t be in our new home right now. Nina was chasing solicitors and agents every single day, and I mean every day. She gave me updates in the morning, updates in the afternoon, and pulled out all the stops to keep things moving. Her dedication was incredible, and honestly, she made all the difference. If you’re thinking about selling your house, don’t be tempted by the glossy brochures and big promises of the larger agents. The buyers will find your property on Rightmove anyway—the difference is how they’re handled. Jigsaw don’t just push numbers through the door to look busy; they properly vet and manage buyers, making sure the process is smooth and professional. And one last thing—they price your property to sell, not to grab your attention with inflated valuations and then come back weeks later asking for a price drop. They’re realistic and honest from the start. Thanks to Jigsaw, we’re now happily settled in our new home, and I couldn’t be more grateful. If you want an estate agent who genuinely cares and works hard for you, go with Jigsaw. You won’t regret it!

14th Oct 2024 (17 weeks ago)We are having a nightmare with this company. We have now rented a property with them for a year. We turned up to the viewing, sat there for 10 minutes and no one showed. We called the office to be told they forgot to book it in and it would need to be rebooked, we had driven 4 hours to view this property as we were relocating so told them they had to send someone out. We were then rushed through the viewing. We ended up going ahead with the property and had no problems with this part of the process. However, anything that requires any form of management from Martin&Co is horrendous. They have 2 months to complete a gas safety check but left it to the last week they could legally have it done and then Oliver had a go at US for not being able to take a day off work to let them in. We got told it wasn't possible for them to give us a timed slot so we called British Gas ourselves and got told it was possible they just had to request it, M&Co wouldn't, so we did and I was able to work it around my job (but had to organise everything myself). We then got contacted about our yearly inspection, we called and booked it in for my day off, they never showed up. We called to find out that once again, they didn't book it in. We live in Wokingham but half of our communication comes from the Staines branch. We then got emailed 3 days before rent due to say they were changing the account we needed to pay, we went on to set it up and the bank stated it looked like a scam payment based on the account, we contacted the landlord as it was a Sunday and he said he hadn't authorised any bank change, so it did look like a scam! However, after contacting a very rude woman at M&Co they stated THEY were changing the bank account and we have no right to talk to our own landlord and to pay them immediately and we were lying about the warning from the bank (proof attached). We are on a fully managed contract and have had to organise everything ourselves so far, which is ludicrous. We are fed up with communication from this company and would never rent with them again.

The team at Newton Rowe work together to give a personal and unique experience at a very often stressful time. I cannot thank them enough with my recent sale in Windlesham and also encourage any vendors, buyers, renters and landlords to contact them now. They care !

Although the process took longer than expected due to issues further up the chain (through no fault of our own), Karl was genuine, honest, and kept us informed every step of the way. He was thorough, and whether it was a call back or an email, he always got back to us very quickly. Despite the challenges, Karl did everything he could to keep things moving. It's clear why the agency has such a great reputation in the area. Highly recommended.

Ged sold my house within 4 days to great quality buyers and the sale progressed to completion within a very good timeframe and without any issues from the buyers or Bridges. Ged contacted me regularly to keep me updated on progress and he and his team were excellent.
