After 9 months, a failed purchase and a failed buyer along the way, Duncan Yeardley managed to get my sale over the line and I couldn’t be more grateful, despite every possible challenge thrown our way.<br><br>The last couple of months in particular weren’t always straightforward, but the team kept things moving. Communication was proactive throughout, I knew what was going on, and they were constantly chasing and keeping on top of everyone involved.<br><br>A huge thank you to Callum, Anastasia, Tom and the team for getting us there in the end… Would recommend Duncan Yeardley to anyone selling their home in the Bracknell area.

I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the two staff members I spoke to. First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties. I will definitely recommend your estate agents to anyone I speak to. He has excellent communication, a consistently positive attitude, and always manages situations in a professional and efficient manner.<br><br>Roy does an outstanding job of maintaining a fair balance between landlords and tenants, ensuring that both parties are heard, supported, and treated fairly. He is reliable, always follows through on his commitments, and responds promptly whenever assistance is needed.<br><br>Overall, the service provided by Gascoigne Pees has been excellent. I would highly recommend Gascoigne Pees.

23rd Jul 2026 (20 days ago)I've had a really positive experience with the team at Prospect Estate Agency in Wokingham (now 2 years and a half). From the outset, everyone has been friendly, responsive and professional, making what can often be a stressful process much easier to navigate.<br><br>Communication has been excellent throughout, and I've always felt that my queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently. It's refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely appears to care about providing good customer service.<br><br>The only reason this isn't a full 5 stars is because, despite all the help, I still haven't had the pleasure of meeting Nikki Gardner in person;?????? Hopefully we'll put that right soon.<br><br>Thank you to the entire Prospect Wokingham team for your support. I'd happily recommend your services to others.

They kept us updated every step of the way, so we always knew what was happening, which made the whole buying process so much less stressful.<br><br>Everyone was incredibly friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. The communication was fantastic throughout, and it really felt like they valued us as customers and wanted to do everything they could to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and any questions we had were answered quickly.<br><br>We couldn't recommend them enough and are so grateful for all of their support in helping us buy our new home. 30th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)My experience with this company has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life.<br><br>I paid £50,000 in deposit and first month’s rent after being told the tenancy was proceeding. Shortly afterwards, I was informed that the tenancy was no longer going ahead and that my money would be refunded.<br><br>What should have been a straightforward refund turned into months of chasing, broken promises and constant delays. I was repeatedly assured that payment was imminent, but the money did not arrive. The situation became so serious that I had to involve the police before any meaningful progress was made.<br><br>Only after police involvement was part of my money returned. Even now, I am still waiting for more than £4,000 that should have been refunded long ago.<br><br>During this process, the CEO personally contacted me and asked me to remove my negative reviews, promising that my refund would be completed if I did. I removed the reviews in good faith because I simply wanted my money back. Despite that, I am still chasing the outstanding balance.<br><br>No customer should have to involve the police, negotiate with a CEO, remove honest reviews, and spend months chasing their own money after a tenancy falls through. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company, and I would urge anyone considering handing over large sums of money to carry out thorough due diligence before doing so.

Would reply within 24 hours to any queries over email and normally call back within the hour if needed.

Buying a flat for my daughter and I was a huge step, especially during a really difficult time in our lives, and they made the whole experience so much easier. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, genuine, and supportive. They took the time to explain everything, answered every question I had, and always made me feel at ease. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I never felt pressured or rushed. They genuinely cared about finding the right home for us, not just making a sale. What really sets them apart is how personal they are. They treat you like a person, not just another client, and even after everything was completed, they’ve stayed in touch, which says so much about the kind of people they are. If you’re looking for an estate agency that truly cares, I couldn’t recommend Teresa and Nick more. They’re honest, compassionate, and go above and beyond for their clients. 3rd Aug 2026 (9 days ago)We knew we wanted to have Michael as our estate agent from previous meeting we had had with him setting out when was the right time for us to sell. He is honest, supportive, caring, passionate some might say ?????? and just makes the whole process lighter. He is in the trenches with me, working for your best interest, always a step ahead and anticipating every move. So before you are even aware of a problem or delay, it is either dealt with or there is a plan set in place. Even his recommended of a solicitor and surveyor where nothing like you would have worked with before. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.<br><br>Michael also sold us our forever home.<br>Thank you for all your help.
