They are always at the end of the phone to answer any questions I have. I had 2 weeks to sort this out and within that time I have tenants. Chloe was super also, she sorted out my insurance for me. I know I have left my property in very safe and very caring hands. One last thing to say " well done Guys"

1st Apr 2024 (17 weeks ago)Avoid this agency at all cost. The manager is very unprofessional. If you find a property through them, don't take it. As nice as it might be, it won't be worth the trouble and frustration you will face due to them.

Every time there was a problem, they tried their best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. They were quick to reply and very professional. I have rented from Northwood before, and that was a disaster compared to Greenaway. Thank you for a nice service during my 2 years rental.

First time buyer, they've been rather misleading, told me they'd do certain things by a certain time-frame, which never happened and they never even told me they were having a delay. Would not recommend it. Bradley there has a non-serious attitude. Not the type of guy you want to work with when spending hundreds of thousands!!!!!

Obaida rang us on the very same day with 2 other potential properties that met our requirements, and we picked up the keys this week! We truly felt that there were no silly questions (I must have rang Obaida about 3 times within and hour) and Emma went above and beyond to speed up our references. When we collected our keys, we felt as if the whole office was happy for our new adventure.

However, James has managed to keep a stream of viewers coming in, he has updated marketing materials frequently to keep it fresh, including re-photographing as he saw fit and even helping me move furniture around. When I got a buyer he managed to negotiate their first offer up to full asking price before I got involved. James has also offered to get involved with negotiations on my purchase. James is a good bloke, easy going and easy to talk to. I'm sure that his personality has helped in impressing potential buyers. James also has contacts in related professions and has helped in securing a solicitor to take care of the conveyancing. Using James has kept the business of selling my house stress free!
