20th Jun 2025 (5 days ago)BEWARE NOT OT USE THIS AGENT The services which I have obtained for agent is absolutely diabolic and a disgrace. My family has made an offer for a property 5 months ago and they have recommended solicitors and a broker which we agreed to use (from high recommendation from the agent). However, as soon you sign the Gazeal agreement. He was made to pay £1080 for the agreement and further £500 fees on other documents. While sales progress is ongoing, NO and absolutely NO support was given and the agent BLOCK YOUR NUMBER to stop you from making contacts with the agent. The sales agent would not even answer your call and they will make minimum contact. BEWARE TO AVOID Balgeores and use alternative agent such as Bristow eve or Haart or any other local estate agents. If you want to buy property over 2 years of process then use them with no support and additional fees which they ask you to pay that no other agent would ask. I am sure they use fake reviews on their news letters to improve their profile.

Thank you Georgie and team. House has now been rented out very swiftly within few weeks. I have gone for full management with Accord for my peace of mind.I am sure they will live up to the expectations. Really pleased so far.

Becoming a landlord for the first time was extremely stressful and overwhelming at times, however without this team I would have struggled. Thanks again for all your hard work. Highly recommend!

Selling our property was really quick following an open day before it even reached right move thanks to Keystones being on the ball with organising this so quickly. Helen the sales progressor at Keystones has been so helpful through the process always on hand via email and phone. Helen always answered email queries quickly and provided updates regularly. Helen helped push the sale forward and we are really grateful for everything she did. We can’t thank Helen and the team at Keystones enough for making our house sale a smooth process! I would definitely recommend Keystones if you are considering selling your property.

There were several worrying times with my solicitors not replying, and situations I didn't know what to do next etc, but Sydney at Bear was amazing and always put my mind at rest and restored my faith in the sales progression when at times I thought it was all over. She went above and beyond to help. She kept in contact with both myself and the buyers and kept us all informed and advised us on what to do. I'm so grateful to her for all that she did from the start to completion. I would highly recommend Bear estate agents to anyone!

The staff are professional, courteous & always deliver. A special mention to Rachel for conducting the check out process & report. It is genuinely worth the small fee to ensure a professional and evidence based approach to dealing with deposit returns. 5 stars!

Although we had a few hiccups along the way (not Chalk St fault).Mandy was there to help and advise. They found our buyers very quickly and would definitely recommend using them again.

11th Jun 2025 (14 days ago)We used Noble Residential to sell our house in May. I was mainly in communication with Allan, who was fantastic. They got the house on the market on a Friday, had 5 viewings booked for the Saturday morning and got an offer of full asking price on the Monday. My brother is also selling his house with them now and they did the same thing. One of the best decisions I made in the process of buying and selling, was using Noble.
23rd Jun 2025 (2 days ago)During a prolonged and difficult sale and purchase (no fault of OC) the team at OC did a fantastic job, with communication and overall service, I could not have asked for a better estate agent throughout the process. Who had to manage the whole chain on my behalf. Nothing was too much for them, all problems and delays were discussed proactively and a solution sought.

20th Jun 2025 (5 days ago)We sold our house through Durden & Hunt and it only took 10 days to get an offer we were happy with! The thing that stood out to me was how we had loads of interest and plenty of viewings as soon as it hit the market, which I think was helped by the great photos and listing the team wrote for us. The whole team were really helpful and responsive throughout the sale, special shoutout to Dan and Amanda in particular. We both bought and sold via D&H and have already recommended to friends and randomers (our Tesco delivery driver ;) )

We had previously used 2 big high street name Estate Agents and been trying to sell on and off for a few years. When we first went into Tom Ashwood, we were not feeling optimistic but we needn't have worried. Harvey stepped in and sold the property for the price we wanted and had the whole process completed in about 3 months. He was proactive, honest, realiable, was chasing all parties involved and was always at the end of the phone or responsive to emails when we needed him. My words here don't even do justice to just how brilliant Harvey and team are and I strongly believe we would still be in our old home if it wasn't for them. Harvey, we can't thank you enough for how you handled the sale from start to finish.
