17th Oct 2025 (17 weeks ago)Very disappointed, first they overvalued the property and told me in a matter of a fortnight I needed to reduce the price which I did, I then heard nothing for almost 2 months . Went to a different agent who sold the property within a week. When I looked at their marketing it was so much better and more professional than Bowyers. I do not like leaving negative reviews, however this reflects my experience with them.

However once we went with them we had an offer within 3 days from the first viewers Felt great about it and then communications seemed to stop and was left in the dark and we had to chase for further info and timeliness etc- 13th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We completed on our first house with HS Estate Agents in September, from our first viewing they were so helpful and responsive even with the delays in purchase due to Covid. Andy and Molly helped us navigate the process of buying for the first time and were professional, friendly and helpful throughout. We couldn't recommend HS Estates anymore, thank you for helping us find our beautiful home!

I want to give a special thank you to Carol Wade (Office Manager) who was amazing she guided me through the whole process, including all the references, and was so patient and supportive throughout. Geoff Burgess showed me the flat and he was very friendly and helpful. When i went to the office, I met Jemma Buisson who was also lovely and made everything smooth. Overall, the team were professional, kind, and made the process much less stressful. I would definitely recommend them.

Tom was our main contact throughout and was always friendly, professional, and very helpful, making the whole process feel far less stressful than it could have been. Kelly also supported our purchase and was always contactable, answering our queries promptly and efficiently, and reassuring us at every step of the way. Great friendly team so couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommended and the bonus is we purchased a great property that will bring us endless memories.

Consistently the most professional, available and motivated person we spoke to through a really tough and lengthy process. The lengths he went to in order that this (not even particularly high valued!) sale go through were extraordinary and we remain very, very grateful.
