19th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)What a joke of an estate agents! I originally enquired about a viewing a property over a month ago and was told that there was a list for viewing of said property despite of me phoning in less than an hour after it was listed. Fair enough, as they said they would add me to that list for viewing that same week Saturday. I heard nothing back so I phoned the day before for them to say they weren’t taking any more viewings yet the property remains online. Another property I enquired about I was told it had sold (over 3 weeks ago) yet this also still remains listed. If you are no longer taking viewings or taking offers then do remove the listings to avoid people wasting their time, or do you just drag it out for the fees? As for sellers, beware: if someone phones in to enquire about your property they will likely tell them they cannot view it, even it hasn’t sold yet, dragging out the sale. Save money and go to another agent!
30th Jun 2024 (27 days ago)Disappointing Experience with Incompetent State Agency While I was able to secure a rental property relatively quickly through this agency, which I will give them credit for, the experience thereafter has been nothing short of disappointing. I have encountered an unprecedented level of unprofessionalism that I have never experienced before from a state agent. The behavior of one particular agent, Shelley, is highly concerning. Not only have I been subjected to unacceptable outbursts and shouting, which has caused significant distress, but it also appears that Shelley is in dire need of customer service training. Her priorities seem to be misplaced, as she is often preoccupied with activities such as selling properties, attending team meetings with her feet on the table, or assisting NASA with their space missions, rather than addressing client queries and concerns. Despite numerous attempts over the course of nearly 15 days, my emails and inquiries have gone unanswered, leaving me feeling neglected and disregarded. It is unfortunate that the only way to capture their attention appears to be through negative reviews and financial consequences. Furthermore, the property I was provided lacks proper maintenance, and the agency has chosen to ignore all requests for addressing these issues, which is a shameful disregard for their responsibilities. Based on this experience and the numerous negative reviews from others, it is evident that this agency falls short of providing satisfactory service and professionalism. I should have heeded the warnings from previous reviews before engaging with them. After many issues with the property, the landlord/agent never replies to emails or any complaints. We have been having issues with the boiler and have made two unsuccessful attempts to fix it. Now we need help from the agent after a deep clean from the previous tenants and bad state of the garden, and as always, they keep ignoring emails. avoids at all costs!!
13th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)Aspire estate agent benfleet are amazing I will Always recommend them now I have first hand experience with the Kash and Courtney are the ones who looked after me they both know there job well they have high standards and communication is fantastic they have become part of the family where they build such a good relationship up with you over the time they are honest and hard working and would go above and beyond to help to get your dream home and to sell yours I wish I had met them sooner I value and respect them both for everything that have done for me and my girls

10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)Absolutely first class from start to finish. We used them for both our mortgage and estate agents and were really responsive and helpful throughout. Steve took his time to explain all the mortgage products in language even I could understand. When there were bumps in the road from solicitors (as there always are) Justine and the rest of the estate agent team were able to talk to the solicitors on my behalf to keep things moving. The difference between the service I got from MMS estate agents and other firms I have used in the past is night and day. I never had to wait for more than an hour or so for a response to a query, as oppose to days and weeks elsewhere. It really shows that it is a family run business. Would give 6 stars if it were an option.

2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)Chalk Street are brilliant fixed rate Estate Agent, the team have been professional and helpful throughout, from Jack at initial concept through to Mandy as progressor. I had a particularly difficult solicitor, but Mandy was on top of the sale and exchange from the start to the end and gave every assurance possible throughout. The communication was brilliant. I would definitely recommend Chalk Street because of this.

A special thank you to Emma who helped progress the sale throughout and was also extremely supportive when the process was stressful! A great service and worth paying a traditional estate agent fee rather than going with a with cheaper competition that’s now available! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
