She listened, understood our requirememts and came up with our new property that we will be moving into soon. I can't recommend Griffin enough as they gave you more of a personal service and you weren't just another load of money walking in through the door. They treat you with respect!!!!

I was in love with a property we thought we wouldn’t be able to purchase however GD referred us to their broker who helped make it happen!<br><br>The team at GD were always easy to contact and Jo in particular pushed for our completion and played a key role in bringing all the parties together.<br><br>Would highly recommend them as an estate agent whether it be buying or selling.

From the initial meeting, agreement of the advertised sale price to the brilliant photos and video to attract the right buyers. Secured a solid first time buyer(!) in 4 weeks from advertisement to offer. I never truly understood the importance of having the right estate agent as everyone looks on Rightmove, however now I can see that a credible estate agent gets the right people through the door which beats just having a number of people viewing and the after offer support to ensure that everything ran smoothly has been brilliant. Highly recommend Grant Allen Estate Agents if you are considering moving! ??????????????????

They have moved away from the traditional hard sell estate agent , they work with huge knowledge and quiet confidence. We are happy with all aspects of their work and would say that despite their higher fees they are worth every penny.- 9th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)These guys are the real deal. We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.
17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

27th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)Our experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing. We found Arun to be unprofessional and lacking in transparency throughout the process. Communication was poor, and we were left feeling misled and unfairly treated. Overall, we have no confidence in the way our purchase was handled and would not recommend this estate agent based on our experience.<br>This was by far the worst estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. I found the whole process lacking in transparency. I was also concerned that the AML checks were carried out through a company connected to the agent’s wife, without this being made clear upfront. Charging £300 each ( most estate agents charge £36). When we questioned this it was brought down to £150. They also wanted us to pay a deposit. The contract was not clear if we would get back.<br><br>The most upsetting part was that, while we were in the property viewing it again, we later discovered it had been sold to another buyer for just £3,000 more. We felt completely misled and extremely disappointed by how the situation was handled.<br><br>Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this estate agent.
