2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Absolutely disgraceful estate agent. Everything seems smooth and professional at the start of the tenancy, but the problems begin when you move out. They attempted to deduct money from my deposit for issues they claimed were not present when I moved in. Despite providing email evidence and time-stamped photographs clearly showing the condition of the property at the start of the tenancy, they continued to insist that the damage was not recorded on the original inventory. It was extremely frustrating dealing with an agency that appeared unwilling to acknowledge clear evidence. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise tenants to keep thorough records of everything and be prepared to challenge any unfair charges. I would not trust this agency and would not use them again.
19th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)Had a really positive experience with Gower Dawes Estate Agents. After visiting several agencies, this was the only place where I genuinely felt treated as a person rather than just another applicant. Jo was kind, patient, and very understanding, and Jordan was incredibly welcoming and helpful during the viewing, even though I arrived unexpectedly. They both took the time to listen, answer questions, and offer useful advice, which made a big difference. Moving after many years is stressful, but I left feeling much more reassured and positive about the whole process. Even though we didn’t go ahead with the property this time, I’d happily work with them again and highly recommend them.
2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)We recently put our house on the market with Beresfords Estate Agents and from day one we were extremely well looked after by Charlotte Micallef and Josh Sutherland. Both Charlotte and Josh were very professional, approachable, and supportive. Selling a house can be stressful, but their communication, knowledge, and calm approach made the whole process feel more manageable. Unfortunately, we had to remove our house from the market for personal reasons, and even though by then they had sold our property, they fully understood our situation, and we never felt they were disappointed we had to pull out of the deal. We really appreciated this and would highly recommend both of them, and Beresfords Estate Agents, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

30th May 2026 (20 days ago)Temme English have been so professional through the whole process of selling my house. It was not an easy sale and it was a struggle to find a buyer with an acceptable offer, but they were patient throughout. The whole team were very helpful, especially Louise. She was not only helpful, she was supportive and kind and understanding. I would highly recommend their service. Fees are also very reasonable.

She’s been super encouraging along the journey of buying our first home, leading us to feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She has been super informative and lovely to speak to. All round a really good branch to go with for looking for your home, that go above and beyond in supporting you across the whole process.

From the initial valuation right through to completion, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and completely dedicated to getting the best result. What impressed me most was their communication. I was kept updated every step of the way, and they proactively managed the legal chain to ensure everything stayed on track and stress-free. If you are looking to sell your property in the area, do not hesitate to use them—they are exceptional!

Nav made the process a lot easier and smooth sailing he was very helpful and exceptionally quick at responding to calls and emails which I was very pleased with. He was very kind and explained the process very well and any questions or concerns I had, Nav was very confident and helpful with his responses.

She provided updates, and offered support, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Which is a big plus for us as first time buyers. Ms Bonita was genuinely invested in helping us find our dream home. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, guiding us through every step of the buying process with patience and expertise. We appreciated her honest advice, which helped us make informed decisions without feeling pressured considering the short time scale we had when applying for the mortgage. We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.

Between navigating the conveyancing process, deciphering survey reports, managing a chain that feels like it could collapse at any moment, chasing solicitors, and trying to understand what on earth "exchange" and "completion" actually mean in practice - it can feel completely overwhelming, especially if it's your first time. From our very first conversation, Amanda was refreshingly straightforward. She didn't talk in circles or hide behind jargon - she explained every stage of the transaction clearly, told me what to expect and when, and was honest when things were moving slowly and why. That transparency alone was worth its weight in gold. So many agents leave you chasing them for updates; Amanda was proactive, often calling me before I even had the chance to wonder what was happening. When a complication arose mid-transaction (as they almost always do in UK property purchases), Amanda handled it. She liaised with the relevant parties, kept all sides informed, and kept the deal on track without panic or drama. Her knowledge of the process was evident - she clearly understood not just her role but the wider legal and procedural landscape, which meant she could anticipate problems before they escalated. Viewings were arranged in an efficient manner, causing minimal disruption to our young family, and there was a constant endeavour to go above and beyond. Particular shoutout to Dean and Harvey. Would wholeheartedly recommend Tom Ashwood to anyone seeking to sell their property!
3rd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)When it came to selling our home and finding our next one, Sadek promised he would get the job done, and he delivered on both! Writing this review from my new home with a cuppa! We decided not to go with one of the large national estate agents and instead chose Just Moovin because we wanted someone who would genuinely care about our situation and the journey my family and I were going through, rather than just being a target or KPI. Looking back, it was definitely the right decision. Our chain was long and complicated, with numerous issues further up the chain causing delays, but throughout the whole process Sadek was brilliant. He kept us updated regularly, chased where needed, and was always communicating with solicitors, other agents and anyone else involved to keep things moving. It genuinely felt like he left no stone unturned. Buying and selling a home can be stressful, but having someone proactive, honest and committed made a huge difference. I can't thank Sadek enough for all his hard work and would highly recommend him and Just Moovin to anyone looking to move.
