25th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We were persuaded to use an auction method. But there was no communication regarding viewings or once the auction ended. There was little to no vetting of potential buyers. Messages and emails went unanswered. Altogether a poor experience and we went with a different agent who delivered a confirmed sale two weeks later.

16th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Arranged a viewing with my partner for 6pm. Called several times to confirm viewing as we were travelling over an hour away and never showed up. Stuck around for 20 minutes just to give the benefit of the doubt. Tried calling several times and no answer either. Time and petrol wasted thanks to this estate agents. Incredibly unprofessional!! Update; we arrived at 5:30 and stayed until 6:30pm. Yes, we knocked a few times and clearly no one was at home. We attempted to call the office and there was no answer. We left a note and the tenant eventually called us. Regardless of who is supposed to show us around, the estate agents are the ones managing the sale of the property. In the time we were scheduled to have our viewing and when we actually got to see the property, we placed an offer elsewhere.

Ed was our Estate Agent for our House Purchase and given we were first time buyers, he went over and above to get everything over the line and took time to explain it all to us. Thanks again for all your help!
5th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Terrible service from DavidLee, would not recommend them to anyone. Staff were rude and unhelpful and caused unnecessary stress to the sale of my property. Do not use DavidLee if you want a simple transaction to go smoothly!

She guided me from the start of the process to the end and even checked up on me after moving in to make sure I settled in well. She always made sure I was not rushed to make any hasty decision and made sure to explain everything in details. She even went out of her way to ensure I moved in earlier than planned as I had to move earlier than expected.
27th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!
8th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)Delaney's estate agents have been very helpful during our 2 and half years tenancy. The agents are very professional but have also a great human 'touch' in the way they approach any issue that is raised. I have dealt with many estate agents in the past years but none of them has ever come close to how good Delaney's agents have been to me and my family.
6th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)They were thorough and did what they said they would do when it needed doing. Was always at the end of the phone and couldn’t do enough to help and advise. We’re friendly and professional and would recommend
25th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Lived in a flat provided by the agency for almost 2 years. The state of the flat when I moved in wasn’t great and everything broke. Boiler broke several times, once for 3 weeks over the winter and the agency didn’t seem to mind it too much and they “generously” let £50 off my rent. All my heaters broke as well and had to be changed. The agency couldn’t tell me, who my electricity provider was when I was trying to change providers and the actual electricity meter was registered under the wrong address so it was impossible to change it. Before moving out they asked me to provide the flat for a 4 hour hours long viewing sessions, which I agreed to and the girl who was carrying out the viewings locked herself into the bathroom, disturbing my expensive theatre experience. Luckily an emergency locksmith got her out leaving a mess. Whenever anything broke, the handymen would leave a mess and I got to clean. When moving out, the procedure the estate agency has was extremely stressful, they ended up deducting for cleaning after the flat was professionally cleaned. They ended up deducting for minor damages for things that were already used and not in great condition, when I moved in. I would stay away from this company in the future.

12th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)During what can only be described as a very complex process Gibson and Brennan have been brilliant. I’m not sure we’d have got to exchange without them. Sophie in particular has been excellent. Great communication and tenacious to the last! Jake and Mickey have been great, a real personal touch and attention to detail that you just don’t get with the big estate agents. I would recommend them every day of the week. Many thanks to a great team.
