Then to Ben Hall who helped us with the viewing and offers. Would highly recommend Redbrick to anyone selling or buying a property. They guided us through every step. It was my husbands family home in Dronfield they helped to sell, his parents and family lived there for 70 plus years was very sad to let go but with Chloe Ben and the rest of the staffs help it was made easier. Big thank you to all from the Gregory family.

7th Jun 2025 (7 days ago)Very nice people to deal with but as I’ve never sold a property before I don’t have anything to compare them to business wise, all I can say is that once I’d accepted an offer I had a lot more interaction with the agent I was buying through than my agents with regard to getting the sale completed. Would I use them again, not sure, but I’ve no intention of moving any time soon.

Elle, our valuer did question if she had overpriced as a couple of other valuations were considerably less. On checking with her manager her valuation was correct, in fact Elle was spot on! Thank you to Hollie, Jess and Elle. A dream team!

This was done absolutely professionally and in a friendly way I particularly appreciated whenever regulations changed as RF&O would send a reminder and what was expected of me as a landlady. I never had to think of anything, they steered me through everything in a smooth way. I'd happily recommend them!

There is no communication between those who work at Alexander Jacob and even less with clients. Personal experience as a buyer - lost thousands as a result of the incompetence and lack of accountability. BEWARE
