Had an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend.

8th Oct 2024 (5 days ago)We were pleased to have chosen Blundell to handle the sale of our house. We found Paul and his team very professional and helpful throughout the process, most of our contact with them was through Sarah who was very friendly on the phone and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend using Blundells. However, the missing star is down to them recommending Wosskow Brown Pennine Law to see us through the process. By all means use Blundells but politely decline the recommendation of WB Pennine law. It will save you from months of frustration.

She kept me sane and in good humour for what can be be a stressful time for anyone. Always informed, available anytime with sound advice during the selling process. I felt she was personally involved and in safe hands. The whole team are to be congratulated and it's clear they make a good team. I'm glad I dealt with them and would do so again.

We had four agents come round, but only one stood out from the rest. That one was Oz Billings from EweMove. The other three agents seemed to have a set script almost robotised, also inflexible with their viewing times. We decided to go with EweMove in Anston. We felt instantly at ease with their representative Oz Billings. He gave us confidence with his knowledge and friendly manner. During the sales process, he was always on the ball, constantly giving us updates on how the process was going, day or night! Oz came up trumps on a professional but personal and friendly level. He is a credit to EweMove. Our sale went through although there were problems with our buyers' solicitors. Oz was even instrumental in helping to sort that out too. If you are going to sell your home in the Anston area, seriously consider using EweMove , and insist on the BRILLIANT Oz Billings! Huge Thanks & Hugs from Carol & Marie.

18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They have been flexible around viewings and helped me to secure a mortgage through their recommended broker. They have kept me up to date, chasing solicitors on both sides whilst being professional, friendly, and refreshingly honest throughout. After having a pretty dire experience with another estate agents I was so relieved to find JPM. They honestly took so much stress out of buying a house. 100% would use them again and highly recommend the team. Thank you JPM.
