5th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)Georgia at BRH has been nothing short of excellent! Georgia was very friendly during our viewing of the property and answered all of our questions, even answered some before we had chance to ask, this just shows how intuitive Georgia is. Since the viewing which was Monday, two days later we had a tenancy agreement to sign and everything ready paperwork-wise for a move on the following Friday! Any questions we have had Georgia has promptly responded within the hour and in the one case she hadn't, she rang to apologise even though it was only a few hours later! Overall the experience during this whole process has been perfect and could not wish for a better person to handle it all for us!
7th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)I can’t rate Daniel highly enough. He moved us into a property over a weekend because he totally understood our situation. We’ve been in 3 months now and unfortunately our oven broke. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better, the issue was resolved within 5 working days. He wears his heart on his sleeve and you won’t find anyone better to deal with. Absolute top quality service

Always been very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Any issues I came across they ensured it was dealt with and sorted ASAP.
8th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)We had a mixed experience with Preston Baker. We chose them for their reviews online and at first contact with the Doncaster office they were quick to reply and tried moving our sale along promptly. Then our agent suddenly stopped communicating and when we tried contacting them we found out she had left but no one informed us. This happened a couple of times. Our house was eventually assigned to Terry Burrows (Leeds office) and she was good to us. She took care of our sale for almost a year until the end, even after two potential buyers dropped off and issues with the house made our sale more complicated. Sadly by then the market had changed and we weren’t able to sell for the value we had hoped for. Not sure if I would recommend the Doncaster office. I would recommend Terry for sure. (Terry, if you are reading this thank you for persevering with us and for helping us get a decent price in a difficult selling process)

12th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Awful, awful experience. Blundells ruined my house sale, lied about the details and refused to engage with my complaint. They cost me 10 weeks, thousands of pounds and don't seem to care. Unprofessional, misleading and accountability resistant.

12th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Shout out to our mortgage advisor Carla Broadhead, she is highly recommended for her expertise and timely manner of reply. We had our mortgage acceptance within 24 hours from the bank straight! Aside from mortgage she also provide outstanding services, for instance like how to put a price on houses, the house options that suits you, insurance advise and survey, etc. We are so glad that we had Carla to help us out!

McArthur is a local agent, and I believe in using local businesses, so I contacted them regarding selling the property. A decision I was happy with. No silly staggered fees or additional costs depending on how long on the market. A straight forward set fee plus VAT, perfect! From the initial visit to completion they have been great and the house went under offer in less than a fortnight. couple of communication hiccups early doors hut nothing major. Definitely recommend using.

17th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)We entrusted Lewis with handling viewings of our home while we were away on holiday, and had an offer agreed before we returned from our travels. What followed was a long and complex chain, full of challenges and more twists than a soap opera. There were several points where it genuinely felt like everything might fall apart, and I truly believe that without Lewis’s persistence and dedication in the end, the sale would have collapsed at the final stage—wasting months of time, money and effort for everyone involved. Lewis went above and beyond to ensure our sale progressed, even when the other agents in the chain were unhelpful and ineffective with acting on issues at their end—which, in fact, were the root cause of the delays and potential chain collapse. He took it upon himself to chase and manage those parts of the chain, (despite not representing those clients), simply to keep everything moving and ensure we could exchange and complete on time. He is incredibly hardworking and clearly passionate about what he does. We received emails as early as 5am and had calls and updates well into evenings, showing just how committed he was to getting everything over the line—even at his own expense. Thank you again Lewis, for your dedication and perseverance. We know this wasn’t an easy one for you, and we’re truly grateful for all the effort you put into securing our sale.
