Unfortunately the property wasn’t right for us but I wouldn’t hesitate recommending BRH for purchasing or selling a property with. Thanks again Paul
5th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)Lancasters continue to disappoint me. They don't respond to emails, and give fake promises over the phone. I have been nothing but patient and polite. But it's beyond ridiculous how they have treated me with such disregard as a tenant.<br><br>I made a report 6 months ago and absolutely has been done.<br>There are issues with damp and black mold, blocked plumbing, freezing draughts, leaking roof. Most of which has been reported as far back as 2024.<br><br>When I moved into the property they said it would be deep cleaned. It wasn’t. It took a full day of cleaning before moving our belongings because it was absolutely filthy.<br><br>After a few months I noticed many poorly done fixes to make the house appear rentable. Alot of things had just been left broken or unusable even though there was plenty of time for it to be fixed beforehand.<br><br>I'm extremely disappointed in Lancasters lack of service and professionalism.

8th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)We had a mixed experience with Preston Baker. We chose them for their reviews online and at first contact with the Doncaster office they were quick to reply and tried moving our sale along promptly. Then our agent suddenly stopped communicating and when we tried contacting them we found out she had left but no one informed us. This happened a couple of times. Our house was eventually assigned to Terry Burrows (Leeds office) and she was good to us. She took care of our sale for almost a year until the end, even after two potential buyers dropped off and issues with the house made our sale more complicated. Sadly by then the market had changed and we weren’t able to sell for the value we had hoped for. Not sure if I would recommend the Doncaster office. I would recommend Terry for sure. (Terry, if you are reading this thank you for persevering with us and for helping us get a decent price in a difficult selling process)

She is so friendly, warm and approachable, which made what can be a very stressful process much easier. Her communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt supported and kept updated. Thank you, Amelia, for all your hard work – I really appreciate everything you’ve done!

Shadi, the estate agent who conducted our viewing, was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. His professionalism and positive approach truly set him apart from any estate agent I’ve dealt with before. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Blundells.

Outstanding support when things got difficult I first contacted Reeds Rains – previously at 16-18 Moorgate Street, now at Wickersley Rotherham in March 2024 to help me find a flat. From the start, I was told the landlord would manage the property. I thought it would make no difference whether it was managed by the agent or landlord, but it turned out to be a terrible experience all through my stay of over two years. What impressed me most was that the team stood by me from beginning to end, even when issues arose over my deposit. They guided me step-by-step and helped me successfully recover my full deposit plus overpaid rent — something I could not have done without their support. A special mention for Abby — even though she is no longer with the company, her hard work, resilience and dedication were truly noticed and appreciated. I also want to say the Accounts Department was absolutely amazing — efficient, helpful and always there when I needed them. Thank you to every member of the team. I couldn't remember names, the branch manager and other staff members was brilliant. You turned a very stressful situation around and showed real care for your tenants. I highly recommend this office.

The team have always been there to help and provide detailed information. They have provided reassurance through the process and been extremely helpful. I cannot thank them enough for making this process as easy as it could be during a big life transition. I would absolutely recommend them.

The service provided was amazing and the added package of solicitors included really worked well for us. The photographer who came did a great job with the photos! Would 100% recommend the team at crystal peaks.

He always knew what was happening, went out of his way to get things moving when there were bottlenecks and was a genuine joy to work with throughout the entire process.

30th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)This is the second home I've sold with Red Roots, but the first time I've had Steve looking after my sale, and I honestly couldn't have asked for anyone better.<br>From day one, Steve was friendly, approachable, and always on the ball. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, was quick to answer any questions, and made everything feel so much less stressful. We got on so well that it genuinely felt like dealing with a friend rather than just an estate agent.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. His professionalism, communication, and support were second to none.<br><br>A huge thank you to Steve and everyone at Red Roots for all your hard work. 17th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
