They shared feedback and assisted the sale once we had a buyer by facilitating communication and giving sound advice. Most of the staff at Roy Brooks are female. I would recommend them.

11th Nov 2025 (20 weeks ago)I have to disclaim this by saying I have not yet moved into the property, however this has been the smoothest and most professional journey to renting that I have had in all my years renting in London. Martin has been wonderful and forthcoming in every way. Even though we had a unique situation and some bumps in the process, he has helped us at every step, and was so patient with us throughout. I didn’t know agents like this existed in London! A one in a million encounter. I hope everything else continues to go smoothly, but can say from my experiences so far all has been great. All encounters seem genuine, straightforward and honest, which is so refreshing from the usual agents I’ve experienced in London. Thank you!

18th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)If I could score zero I would… I had a very disappointing experience with Nelson’s Estate Agents, specifically dealing with a sales agent named Aston and no support from the branch manager Muniza. I paid £9,000 in advance for what was presented to me as full access to a rental property. However, when I later met the landlord directly, I was informed that this was not the case and that only part of the property would be available—contradicting what had been communicated to me by Aston. Following this, I was told I would receive a full refund as the landlord decided not to proceed. Despite this assurance, I have now been waiting over a month with no refund, despite multiple emails and calls. This company is now telling me that my money is not with them and there is nothing they can do to help me. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to ensure that all details are clearly confirmed in writing and verified directly where possible before making any payments. Further I would not recommend doing business with them at all if your money will not be protected. I am currently taking further steps to resolve this matter.
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

Businesses are made up of people and Mylako has some great professionals working there who take the needs and situations of their customers very seriously and it shows with the correction of issues relating to works needing to be done, accounts to be paid and a myriad of other things for which a capable and willing managing agent is essential

Do not enquire or deal with Pickwick unless you are keen on being stereotyped. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you value being treated with dignity.

20th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)I spoke with Jay regarding the possible sale of my property, he was open and honest with regards to the market and potential sale price which I really appreciated. Later, I met with Jay then Caff, both were a credit to the business in terms of the right mix of professionalism and honesty. I felt that they both considered my needs first and foremost and I would definitely use them again in the future as it felt like a very personal service.

14th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Very unsatisfactory experience with this agency. They lacked transparency, were slow to respond, and failed to meet agreed expectations. The overall service was disorganised and unreliable, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
31st Mar 2026 (1 day ago)The worst agency. I had a flat with thia agency for 5 years. Whenever i had problems with property, they will never reply on emails if you dont send it multiple times, or call them. Even when they reply, it is very difficult for a solution from them. Some times I had to take a private contractor to do some urgent work with boiler or electricity. And when you ask for a refund for the amount you paid, they will try to charge you for that, so be careful and avoid them. Also make sure you make plenty of photos and videos when you move in the property, because when you leave they will try to keep your deposit. They will charge for things you woudn't imagine. I was lucky and smart i had proof when I moved in and out, otherwise my deposit would be gone. Try to avoid renting from them, and in case you do, make sure to have proof for everything, or they will try to act smart and steal your money. Rated 1 star only because i can't rate them lower.

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. Most importantly, I felt I could truly trust him throughout the entire journey — and that is rare to find in this industry. Whilst many other estate agents are full of hot air, patronising and have no clue what they are doing, Jo and her team stand out from the crowd by being genuine, friendly, easily contactable and really good at their jobs. No overpromising or under delivering, Hestia’s know the business in and out and we felt in safe hands. They have a great eye for property and their photography is on point. We would happily buy or sell with Hestia’s again.
