She handled everything professionally and efficiently. Any issues or questions are sorted out quickly. I'd totally recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy a place. Top-notch service!

Every person we have spoken to has been professional, friendly, efficient and kept us up to date clearly at all times regarding where we were up to. A really brilliant estate agency and I would recommend to anyone. Sasha in particular has regularly gone above and beyond what she had to do and has been brilliant.

7th Sep 2024 (9 days ago)Took my time to write a covering letter and application for a property, but turned out the property was already let and they had not bothered to remove it off the website. They did not even have the courtesy to reply to my application and let me know the property was already let and still to this day I have had no reply. The only reason I found out is because I called up anonymously asking about the property and was told it's already gone. After that call it was still up for a few days so I made another enquiry (not as myself) and that is when they finally bothered to take the property down. Find this really unprofessional and unkind to just ignore people and not even say thank you for your enquiry but unfortunately the property has already been let, apologies that the website was not up to date, etc. I took hours writing my covering letter and application and all that time had false hope that I potentially found the new home of my dreams only to find out they were just not proactive enough to take it off their own website or Rightmove and Zoopla. Really upsetting and not impressive at all. I am not sure the role of estate agents, but I always thought they were here to help you find a home, so I am just surprised they didn't email back any suggestions of other properties they have or put people on a shortlist of people that are searching for homes. I guess we are all just numbers these days because they probably have a million and one enquiries and no properties. Oh well.

Highly recommend!- 28th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)I have found some estate agents to be all about the sale and provide little knowledge or care about the property and area they are selling, let alone taking the time to get to know a potential purchaser and what is right for them. Paul from Connells, Hitchin however has restored my faith and has proved to have an outstanding knowledge of the properties and areas he has showed us, as well as taking the time during and after viewings to discuss them. Thank you Paul

Wouldn't go to another agents, this will be my 3rd transaction with Country Properties! Would and will recommend to anyone as a first time buyer or a veteran property owner :)

Although the transaction took way longer than normal, this was in no way a reflection of their efforts just a lengthy chain to deal with. Their professionall approach shone through from start to finish with regular updates throughout. This team has a refreshing, can-do attitude and deserve to be No 1 in the area. We received constant updates from them and nothing was ever too much trouble - often going above and beyond to ensure the transaction went through. They made the experience of moving easy and kept on top of the chain throughout so we always knew what was going on. Fully deserving of the 5* review.

From the very beginning, they demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and expertise that put us at ease throughout the entire process. Selling a house can be stressful, especially when it takes a very long time to complete (notwithstanding them getting us multiple offers and finally completing with one above asking price). We had an extremely difficult property to sell. But Nick and James made it as smooth as possible. Their communication was impeccable—they kept us informed every step of the way and were always available to answer our questions or address any concerns. We truly felt like we were in the best hands, and I can’t recommend Nick and James more highly. If you’re looking to sell your home, do yourself a favour and get Wellington Evans onboard.
