He was brilliant, keeping me up to date throughout and arranging extra viewings as, and when, required. Always replied to my many enquiries very promptly. Helped to complete on a tight 8 week timeline, pre Christmas, due to seller requirements. Very happy to be in my first home for Christmas, can’t thank and recommend Mark and the team at Compass Elevation enough!

19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)What are the estate agent playing at, they are now selling a 4 bed house in Elder way Ampthill for £40000 over valuation price, this is a shared ownership property only recently valued at £510,000 Are they that desperate.. And a building society or bank will have a say on this, beware as you could lose thousands of pounds

7th Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)I had the pleasure of dealing with Jon, Lee and Caitlin. All of who were fantastic, Jon in particular updated me pretty much every day whilst we tried to navigate a tricky purchase. Unfortunately due to the seller wasting time we wasn’t able to purchase it however Jon and his team did everything right and everything they could their side. Just came down to a waste of time seller. Would highly recommend satchells to anyone though!- 25th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)honestly cannot recommend Peter highly enough. From start to finish, he was absolutely incredible. Selling a property can be stressful, but Peter made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and even enjoyable. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble — he consistently went above and beyond at every stage. Whether it was keeping me updated, answering questions quickly, or handling unexpected challenges with total confidence, he exceeded every expectation I had. 15th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)Arranged to see a bungalow for my mum and dad last week and the team went out of the way, to sort everything out quickly and efficiently as they knew our situation. Andrew, met us and showed us around the property. Both myself and my partner thought he was wonderful! He was knowledgeable, informative, knew about the bungalow, the owner, the area AND the neighbours/planning etc. He was super polite and super friendly. He also offered many solutions and suggestions to issues with the property etc. Even my hard to please Mum (80yrs old, still scary) told me he was the best Estate Agent she'd experienced! Enough said really!- 30th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I worked with Connells to buy my first flat in Hitchin, specifically with Rosie who I cant fault. She was communicative, friendly and always willing to help. The process wasn't easy (a lot of bumps in the road) but Rosie was proactive and reassuring and we got there in the end! The rest of the team are great, and Naomi also went above and beyond when I had a issue. Thanks so much team!

23rd Mar 2026 (11 days ago)This is an odd one because I didn't hire Cooper Wallace, but I was rather the buyer of the house whose owner hired them! But here I am, leaving a review for them because it felt as if I was actually their client too, though I'm not paying anything! Nicole Cascella who handled the first phase of the process was very responsive and prompt and communicative, Jemma Day who carried out the rest of the process was incredibly pro active (shockingly, pleasantly, as usually you have to chase estate agents!!), professional and thorough. And the manager, David Garofalo, got in touch few times towards the end of the process. You can just tell that place is run professionally and passionately. Most certainly if I want to sell the house in the future I'd use them. Thanks team! (and thanks for the little housewarming gift)

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.
