28th Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)Looking further afield at where i want to live which reaches the right balance and unfortunately everything on offer is too expensive for my income. Its a sad state of the country which is not really FennWrights fault but they are part of the industry so they needed to know and when challenged on this some became upset and brazen about that's just how it is. 625, for a admittedly well decorated but E graded EPC bedsit above your shop just is not acceptable. For that price you could have provided furniture and all the other stuff and i stand my ground that a fair rent would be an annual yield of 3 to 5 percent. Especially as the original maisonette above had been originally i believe social housing scheme which and then you then became the managing agents of. Turning the 2 bedroom maisonettes into single units was crazy. Now i suppose someone is without a living room and i bet the rent is exorbitant. Especially as you are the owners of the block somehow. I guess its who you know at Tendring.
18th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I had to sell my parents property in the area and had no knowledge of the local estate agents, so looked to GetAgent for recommendations. Mitchells were top of the 3 recommended agents in the area and after using them for the sale, I can see why. They have a very good understanding of the local housing market and their valuation was spot-on. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, and a pleasure to deal with. They found an ideal buyer for the property within the first week and kept me informed throughout the whole process. From my own personal experience with Mitchells New Milton, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

9th Jan 2024 (8 mo. ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

I have bought and sold a number of properties over the years, not as an hardened investor, just simple family man, I have had varying experiences, often very stressful and no doubt the source of many of my grey hairs! That was up until I chose Winkworth Estate agents to sell my apartment in Highcliffe, Dorset. Right from the off they were a breath of fresh air, Harvey visited to look around and gave his valuation, not a pumped up number to get me excited, a figure which I believed to be sensible & fair, Harvey is a charming and polite chap, he has far more experience than his years would portray, he has been easy to get hold of, patient with my questions, and doggedly determined to ensure everything went well, for both myself and my buyer, which I admire. My property completed today, and I cannot praise Harvey and the Winkworth team highly enough. 100% client focused.

We have been kept informed of all the necessary processes during the recent sale of a property and we can rely on the advice and assistance they have provided. In the Letting department, support has always been available for the smooth running of our rental property. Well done Austin & Wyatt!

Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

I met three local agents and was impressed with the team at Fells Gulliver. They did everything for me including all viewings and quickly found a buyer. Highly recommend.

From showing me around Milford on Sea when I first moved here , to letting and recently selling our house. He managed our house let for many years with reliable tenants. He has given us pragmatic and sensible advice with minimal fuss. All staff have always been professional and efficient . A special thanks also to Kim who gave us sensible, helpful advice when we were prepping the house for sale , also for securing a buyer. They made the whole process as straightforward as possible. Thank you all!

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

Natasha handled everything for us and no detail was too much trouble. From the initial visit, the photographs, the brochure and the viewings she was always on hand. A stressful downsizing move has gone very smoothly.

We chose them after friends of ours had worked with them to sell their home and after seeing the excellent quality of the images and marketing videos, we didn't want to work with anyone else. We had an offer and accepted just 6 days after going live on their website and Rightmove which was just incredible. The team really understood our requirements and we were also really grateful for their expertise in the housing market.
