The staff is very responsive and helpful. Since this is our first time renting in this country, this support was very important to us. All communication and online signing of documents is very conveniently built, which allows you to save time and avoid unnecessary paperwork. We are very glad that we are cooperating with you.- 1st Oct 2024 (13 days ago)Would recommend the team here. They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

They never return my calls , & are very rude in the phone & ask you 100queations of why you would like to view a property. They left me out return calls for a few properties & after they sold lied & said they called me. I feel very uncomfortable now if I need to request a viewing .

26th Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Connells Stafford have terrible communication and i can’t believe they are still in business. They promise all sorts of things to get your business and then do none of them. They will promise they will call you back, look into any issues you may have or simply ignore any emails you may send them. I had wasted 6 months selling my property with them and i can’t get that time back. If you come across Connells Stafford, run in the opposite direction and keep on running until you find a better agent who is worthy of your business.

18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Andrew dealt with the only viewing we had & subsequent offer & Clare worked her socks off to progress our sale, even though it wasn't always easy! Would definitely recommend ????

22nd Sep 2024 (22 days ago)They said I damaged the toilet lid and I had to pay for it. I asked a lawyer about it and he said it was simply wear and tear so I didn't have to pay for it. And they did not give me pictures of how the lid looked like when I moved in. Because I have a highly demanding job I had no time to dispute. I decided to get it over with and just pay them but I was not happy at all. To make things worse after 2 days of the move out inventory they lied to me that I damaged the bathroom sink. The picture showed a crack in the sink like something heavy had dropped in it. It was a very noticeable crack that they couldn't have missed when they did their inventory. Instead they noticed a "damaged toilet lid". It is quiet obvious that some essential components like the toilet lid, seat, tank and bolt may need routine maintenance, repair and replacement due to wear and tear. Too many discrepancies for a "well known reputable company..."

2nd Sep 2024 (6 weeks ago)This is the first time we have used Moving You after Andy and his team were recommended to us by our daughter who had used him in the past. I have to say that from start to finish the service we had was brilliant. Andy carried out the initial valuation whilst Nicola took the images ready for marketing. Both then carried out viewings on our behalf. Andy's marketing is great - across all the usual platforms and all over social media. Unlike many Estate Agents he was able to offer appointments at weekends as well as during the week and Nicola was a brilliant person to have accompanying viewers. We sold in just a month, in a challenging market, at just over the asking price and from then on the process was smooth and efficient. Andy's online portal was a great help and he was only ever a phone call away if we needed to discuss anything with him. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the last 20 years and while our other estate agents were great, I really feel that Andy was worth all the commission he and Nicola earned. I won't hesitate to recommend his agency to anyone who may need it. Thanks Guys

27th Sep 2024 (17 days ago)We would 100% recommend Mike and Ewemove for buying and for selling. We chose Mike to market our property as he was selling the one we wanted to buy. He is knowledgeable, approachable at all times, drama free, and appears to genuinely care about working for you to ensure a smooth process. I don’t know if we were lucky or Mike worked his magic behind the scenes, but our buying and selling experience was totally smooth and painless. Not often you can say that about moving house! He responds super quick to queries big and small and was reassuringly calm and supportive throughout We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone in the Stafford area P.S love the socks! Everyone at work asking about them!
