22nd Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)We initially met and signed an agreement with two gentlemen, who were very convincing. We never met them again, and only found out months later that they both left the branch. Our sales instead was run by a member of the team, and we weren’t convinced with their performance or experience. None of our c40 interests and viewings turned into an offer. We felt like they were just opening our door for anyone to view with minimum follow up or effort.

10th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)Called in on Wednesday to ask if they could print/copy me one piece of paper and I offered to pay for it...the young lady who came to my assistance was very nice and helpful but when she turned around for approval of this from her colleague,her revolting colleague turned round with a nasty face and said there a printers up the road and carried on working! What a disgusting revolting nasty women!

Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

Harding Green recently let an apartment with a very fast turnaround in the SW7 area for us and I would highly recommend HG as they all have great expertise and keep you fully informed throughout the letting process plus we now have a great tenant and no void period!
7th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Great service, Jayne was very helpful and explained everything to me when arranging a valuation , Chris did the valuation and the report was done quickly, both again helpful when had to extend twice more, then when had to get extended again recently to a long drawn out sale, and just about to complete, I had to again get in touch and Jayne again sorted quickly with the help of James who sent a cover letter for my housing association. So thanks guys, I have finally moved, thanks for all of your help, really appreciate it.

The team were always pleasant to deal with, quick to resolve any issues (within their control) and dealt with our check-out and deposit return smoothly.
