22nd Mar 2024 (18 weeks ago)We initially met and signed an agreement with two gentlemen, who were very convincing. We never met them again, and only found out months later that they both left the branch. Our sales instead was run by a member of the team, and we weren’t convinced with their performance or experience. None of our c40 interests and viewings turned into an offer. We felt like they were just opening our door for anyone to view with minimum follow up or effort.

They were efficient and assembled a good list of potential purchases. We dealt with two people in particular, Michael Britt and Louise Reader, who supported us through what turned out to be an extremely difficult and problematic sale. They were levelheaded and practical. They went well beyond what I would've expected.
