It was a pleasure to be dealing with an intelligent, helpful and knowledgeab le person. My buyers benefited from Charlotte's expert guidance. Her concientious professional approach, especially monitoring solicitor's progress and ensuring any issues were swiftly resolved, made the whole process proceed smoothly.

Two branches worked together as a very efficient and friendly team to find a buyer then Jack , the head of the Putney office took care of the sale. It was a very personal service and Jack was always quick to respond to messages if he wasn’t there in the office . I highly recommend them.

This house and everyone from Parkgate Estate makes me feel warm, feel comfortable and safe every time when I get home. They are like family members who always help me and all tenants. Everyone from Parkgate and tenants, we respects to each other. Chris, Susannah and their team were all very kind and have fully responsible what they doing. They are Amazing team. I'm really lucky to have this landlord who used Parkgate Estate 's services. Strongly vote Parkgate Estate is NO. 1 the best of the best in UK.

Over the past three years, the Gardiner and the staff there have been providing me professional advices on prospective purchase of property, careful services and timely preparation of the tenancy agreement including apt details as well as meticulous discharge of the tenancy conditions. Their services has always been prompt, appropriate and bespoke. Certainly the best agency in Ealing and worthy of commendation is the Gardiner.
4th Mar 2021 (3 years ago)We had our flat on the market with Dexter's for the exclusivity period. During that time we were passed between 3 contacts at Dexter's. The first agent left within a week or two of taking our property on, put little effort into the marketing of the property resulting in a poor advert and poor viewings. The second agent was much better, rectified many mistakes and did find us a buyer. The buyer sadly pulled out, but by this point the second agent at Dexter's had also moved on. It took 3 days for us to hear of the news of the buyer falling through and a further week for the agent to actually make any contact with us. We found out the buyer had pulled out from our estate agent from the property we were purchasing calling our solicitors and asking for an update. Dexter's in my opinion were an appalling service. We put out flat on the market with another agent and had a brilliant offer, from a truly lovely couple within a few weeks. I wish I'd gone with the data in GetAgent in the first place, rather than going on gut feel. When we bought our flat it was with Dexter's and we got the impression that they were relationship people, however, it turns out they act in the interest of the buyer not the seller.

25th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)My experience with Sunny Bay Letting Agency over the past two years was disappointing in several respects. Throughout my tenancy, I rarely interacted with anyone from the agency until the final week, and it was surprising to find that key arrangements and property viewings were primarily managed by the tenants themselves. Moreover, the agency often delegated tasks to tenants, including repairs, showings, key management, and contractor coordination. This led to confusion regarding key copies and access procedures, as the agency's stance on possessing key copies seemed inconsistent. For example, contractors’ access to bedrooms required leaving them open all day, even when tenants were away from the property. Maintenance concerns, such as mold in the bathroom and a broken bathtub, were brought to the agency's attention but remained unresolved. Additionally, incidents involving drunk and aggressive tenants, were reported to the agency but met with inaction. Response times for appliance repairs were slow, with a washing machine issue taking 10 days to resolve. Despite incurring additional expenses due to delays, reimbursement for laundry costs was denied. Upon vacating the property, I was unexpectedly asked to pay £105 for lightbulb replacements that I had already handled. Sunny Bay’s lack of support and action regarding tenant concerns left much to be desired. Overall, I would not recommend engaging with this agency, as they prioritise financial transactions over addressing tenant needs.

In particular Sal Hussein (head of sales) and the rest of the team in the sales department including Sacha. I achieved a very good price for my house, the negotiations were brilliantly handled and I am thrilled with the result (I hear the buyers are too!) thanks Sal and team!

Staying with them for 10 month and they have a communal cleaner that walks in our rooms with a key she is given from the agency, and the agency never mentioned that detail. When we asked what is happening they told us she is looking for potential damages every week. Absolutely not recommend as the agency is one of the worst I have ever had. Prefer living on the streets with how I was treated.

11th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)The estate agency world often gets a bad name but I have nothing but positive words to say about the guys at Noah’s - they feel like a different breed! I mostly dealt with Kourosh as a buyer and he knew exactly the type of property I was looking for. He gave me great insight on the market with no fluff or nonsense and went above and beyond throughout the purchase. So much so that when the seller ended up leaving a load of furniture in the house after completion, both Jacob and Kourosh came in the Noah’s van to pick it all up after the sale which I thought was awesome. Top guys who with strong integrity.

As a landlord, efficient, responsive, open & transparent and they don't take commission / kickbacks on repairs (which the main agents do and always fail to mention - hence why I moved to Radstock). As a vendor they worked tirelessly going above and beyond, especially as the property had a few quirks to iron out! Can't recommend this firm more highly.
