9th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.

Over the past three years, the Gardiner and the staff there have been providing me professional advices on prospective purchase of property, careful services and timely preparation of the tenancy agreement including apt details as well as meticulous discharge of the tenancy conditions. Their services has always been prompt, appropriate and bespoke. Certainly the best agency in Ealing and worthy of commendation is the Gardiner.

As my daughter and I embarked on the daunting journey of her moving abroad for work, finding someone as knowledgeable and dedicated as Sian was an absolute blessing. From the outset, Sian demonstrated a profound understanding of the London property market. Her expertise and insights were invaluable. She took the time to truly understand our needs and preferences, ensuring that every property she presented was aligned with our requirements. Moreover, Sian went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule, making herself available whenever needed. Her professionalism and attention to detail instilled a sense of confidence in us, alleviating much of the stress associated with such a significant life transition. 5th Apr 2024 (28 days ago)I've brought a few houses over the years - all through another estate agent as their service was great and when I saw a property through Alexanders I was in two minds. However, Laura Pettitt has been by far the best advisor I have ever worked with. She is so prompt with everything, constantly keeping on top of things, precide, communication is amazing, always so happy (genuinely sometimes I just called for an update to get that happiness vibe) and above all her personality. Eve whilst she was on holiday she ensured we were covered with support. She truly is a gem! I've never found viewing, putting an offer in and buying a house so smooth. Laura is a true asset to Alexanders and I really hope she is recognised for her tremendous service.

In particular Sal Hussein (head of sales) and the rest of the team in the sales department including Sacha. I achieved a very good price for my house, the negotiations were brilliantly handled and I am thrilled with the result (I hear the buyers are too!) thanks Sal and team!
20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.

As a landlord, efficient, responsive, open & transparent and they don't take commission / kickbacks on repairs (which the main agents do and always fail to mention - hence why I moved to Radstock). As a vendor they worked tirelessly going above and beyond, especially as the property had a few quirks to iron out! Can't recommend this firm more highly.

My son is moving to the UK from South Africa on a 3 year contract. We saw an apartment he liked and sent Jack an enquiry. He replied almost immediately and so began the journey … He guided us through the incredibly daunting process of renting property in a foreign country. Nothing was too much effort for him. Jack was incredibly supportive throughout the process and did not give up on us when we were unable to provide the information he required - he managed to get it on our behalf. He was simply exceptional and an absolute gentleman! I would highly recommend him.
