She never gave up when we were close to taking the house off the market and gently told us what needed to be done to get the sale over the line. Incredibly professional , always at the end of the phone and Claire was always in the background ready to give advice when needed. The dream team. I would recommend anyone selling to go with them! Thank you for all you have done.

30th Nov 2025 (14 days ago)I chose Century 21 in April 2023 to market my Pimlico flat because Michael Boneh impressed me as far more thoroughly prepared than other agents, and also more knowledgeable. Neither of us could have anticipated the range of difficulties we 'd encounter before the flat was finally sold in November 2025; but Michael's professional expertise, his advice, his numerous proactive interventions to resolve difficulties, and the support he gave me during that time were invaluable. I can't recommend him too highly

6th Oct 2025 (10 weeks ago)Terrible service. Took my holding deposit. Didn’t assist with terrible online app for reference checks. Withheld deposit and actively viewed to others, without releasing. Had to go to an ombudsman to return capital, which took over 1 month. Dishonest sales team, who refused to help, citing ‘not my issue’. Please see below email raised to the ombudsman on 28/08/25. Withholding deposit returned on 24th September. Needless to say. An awful service from start to finish. Trying to withhold funds without due process.

Until he came along and persuaded me to give him the opportunity to sell my property, I had just about lost my faith in mankind, let alone estates agents! He worked tirelessly and tenaciously to steer what turned out to be an unnecessarily complicated sale involving four sets of solicitors (was like herding cats!) through to a successful completion. He showed diplomacy and patience with all parties concerned in the sale and purchase of the property and maintained a high level of communication throughout the process, always responding promptly and proffering intelligent information when required. He truly earned his commission and I would have no hesitation in recommending Allan’s services to anyone wanting a really knowledgeable, experienced and professional agent.

12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.
