Ayoube represented the seller and was very helpful in our communication with the seller; moreover we received excellent referrals for solicitor, mortgage advisor and FX. 28th Oct 2023 (25 weeks ago)Horrendous experience. I called and looked to arrange a viewing of a newly listed rental property. I was told a colleague would return my call, this never happened and after 24hrs I called back to be told it’s off market and an offer had been made. I wouldn’t recommend, there’s plenty of other suitable estate agents in London.

13th Apr 2024 (6 days ago)11 years as our letting agents and they have just completed the sale. This is an excellent company. The quality of their support and service in securing, vetting and managing tenants in our property has been exemplary. They are good to tenants as well which made our lives easy. The property was well maintained and when work was needed they found good quality, fair priced contractors. The sale was very professionally managed. Good advice about pricing, timing and marketing. Great communication during the selling period and expert management of us and the buyers to achieve a sale to keep all parties happy. As a developer and a landlord with a number of residential properties across London, I initially met Charlotte as a tenant during her tenure at her previous agency. Upon meeting her, I was very impressed by her professionalism and ability to promptly address any issues that I flagged up during my tenancy. While disappointed to learn that she had been recruited by Sandersons and would no longer be managing the property I resided in, it served as a testament Matthew’s knack for identifying talent and his commitment to building a professional team around him – so I took note of this. Fast forward a few months, we have successfully completed a development project consisting of 5 flats in the W11 area. Having historically mostly dealt with an agency which is considered to be one of the top in the country as well as globally, we initially intended to engage them on a sole basis for marketing the flats with the view to let them out. However, given how impressed I was with Charlotte, I thought it would be a good opportunity to have a conversation with Sandersons and consider them also. Subsequent to Sandersons’ team attending the property and making a very good first impression, we have decided to list the flat via dual listing with both our previous estate agency and Sandersons. My general belief before engaging Sandersons was that it really does not matter what estate agency markets the property - the reasoning behind it being that the prospective tenants access the same web portals to conduct their search. I was incorrect in this belief. Sandersons’ letting team led by Anna have managed to find tenants for 5 out of 5 flats in a brief stint the flats were on the market. I am yet to be able to explain to myself how they have managed to achieve this, however the result speaks for itself. They really do care about their clients across both ends of the market and I cannot commend them enough for their exceptional service.
12th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.

Elliot Rainbow has sold properties for me during this time and always looked after my portfolio. He offer a Hand off experience so we are always rested with no worries! Just let our flats in Manderin Oriental residences and no other agent has yet to let any in there! Thanks EBI
3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?
27th Mar 2024 (23 days ago)We have been super impressed with the service & professionalism of Daniel Derbyshire and his team at Hunters. They could not have done more for selling our apartment. Their advice on selling price was on the mark which saved a lot of messing around. Very easy to deal with compared to other agents. Daniel maxed out our viewings at what is traditionally a quiet time of year & got us a quality buyer. Daniel also was on the ball throughout the Sales Progression. We strongly recommend. THANK YOU VERY MUCH
