Our agent, Maurice, is extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any concerns - especially when I got locked out and had to pick up the spare key. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property in the area.

Jason and Jason's decades of experience in Battersea and SW London was invaluable throughout the whole process. They understood what we wanted, were extremely efficient and friendly in communication, and were always on the end of the phone - no problem was too big or too small. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking to sell in the area.
8th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)By far the worst experience with any estate agent I have ever had. When the short term tenancy is over they sent repeated lies about sending the full deposit back. On 3 occasions they said it was sent but they had not sent it. Left a review on trust pilot and they said they would get back to me but they haven't. Emailed and called countless times. Moved out August 18th and still no sign of a deposit return. If you rent from Foxtons just consider your deposit part of the rent because you will not see it again. Look into my rental case for SW112LT if you are reading this Foxtons.

26th Apr 2024 (3 days ago)Where do I begin ? Had a viewing booked for 1 pm today. I showed up and there was two other people to view the room the same time as me. The agent bumped the price by 100£ monthly without even explaining why, the availability initially proposed was one month away, it's magically changed to immediate availability. The agent called me later on the phone asking me to pay the holding deposit AND first month's rent without even knowing the period I want to stay or any basic details any normal agent would want to know. The other one star reviews are legit, I don't recommend these guys.
25th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Worst rental experience of my life. Property was extremely mouldy and GHE did very little to resolve this. I submitted a letter from my doctor because I developed asthma from the mould but no resolution was offered other than cleaning the trickle vents, sending us bleach and the purchase of a second large dehumidifier (where we were expected to pay for all the electricity- £75 per month extra per dehumidifier). The agents clearly want to make as much money as possible with little regard to their legal requirements to ensure a safe environment for their tenants. There was clearly a deep structural issue as the walls would be wet in the morning and no amount of cleaning/dehumidifier could get it under control. You can see in the third photo spots that look like oil - this was mould that covered every wall of the flat. We had to throw out a lot of possessions as they were mould damaged. In total we think we spent over £3,000 on the mould problem. GHE refused to pay for a cleaning to get this under control. I wish we had never rented with GHE as it’s done lasting damage to our physical health. I’ve rented in London for 8 years but this has been head and shoulders worse than any other property. GHE have no redeeming qualities.

He certainly went above and beyond at every step in the process of selling my mother’s house. I would certainly recommend him and would use his services again.

19th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)You cannot get hold of anyone here - I've left voicemail messages, sent emails and used the contact us option on their website but to no avail. That was for both sales and purchase and it does not fill you with any confidence. I can only take it that this is a one man(person) band setup.

My son is moving to the UK from South Africa on a 3 year contract. We saw an apartment he liked and sent Jack an enquiry. He replied almost immediately and so began the journey … He guided us through the incredibly daunting process of renting property in a foreign country. Nothing was too much effort for him. Jack was incredibly supportive throughout the process and did not give up on us when we were unable to provide the information he required - he managed to get it on our behalf. He was simply exceptional and an absolute gentleman! I would highly recommend him.
