22nd Apr 2024 (6 days ago)Terrible agency, an agent called Jeordie who had just come for a viewing while I wasn't at home, let the front door open, upon my arrival I also found the French window to the garden open, all the lights on and despite having explicitly requested to wear shoe covers or remove shoes have entered the house with shoes on. I can only be very dissatisfied and not recommend this agency to anyone because the blame lies with the agent but also with her manager who probably didn't teach her how to work. Unfortunately just to leave this review I must put a star at least but I'm not giving any star to this agency.
13th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)11 years as our letting agents and they have just completed the sale. This is an excellent company. The quality of their support and service in securing, vetting and managing tenants in our property has been exemplary. They are good to tenants as well which made our lives easy. The property was well maintained and when work was needed they found good quality, fair priced contractors. The sale was very professionally managed. Good advice about pricing, timing and marketing. Great communication during the selling period and expert management of us and the buyers to achieve a sale to keep all parties happy. Special mentions for Romany Rimmer, Mike Hall, Liz Nascimento, Camille McQueen and anyone else we forgot on the team that has contributed. Thank you Rampton Baseley. Simon and Geraldine

Constantly in contact, helping to push the transaction through, providing planning drawings for other approved builds in the street (very important for me) and all with a smile and professionalism you’d expect from someone marketing a trophy property in central London. Exceptional!

Thank you particularly to Conner, Alex and Wallace in what was a tricky transaction, I couldn't have done it without them and would heartily recommend. I met with 3 agents and Truepenny's were the obvious choice - they were selling my home, not just a house, great communication, great expectation management and understood both mine and my buyers priorities. Had a buyer in 5 days, all vetted and ready to go. A fantastic experience compared with my buying - thank you again all.

25th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Worst rental experience of my life. Property was extremely mouldy and GHE did very little to resolve this. I submitted a letter from my doctor because I developed asthma from the mould but no resolution was offered other than cleaning the trickle vents, sending us bleach and the purchase of a second large dehumidifier (where we were expected to pay for all the electricity- £75 per month extra per dehumidifier). The agents clearly want to make as much money as possible with little regard to their legal requirements to ensure a safe environment for their tenants. There was clearly a deep structural issue as the walls would be wet in the morning and no amount of cleaning/dehumidifier could get it under control. You can see in the third photo spots that look like oil - this was mould that covered every wall of the flat. We had to throw out a lot of possessions as they were mould damaged. In total we think we spent over £3,000 on the mould problem. GHE refused to pay for a cleaning to get this under control. I wish we had never rented with GHE as it’s done lasting damage to our physical health. I’ve rented in London for 8 years but this has been head and shoulders worse than any other property. GHE have no redeeming qualities.

24th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)We've been in search of a flat for a while, and apart from not being satisfied with the properties, the agent we initially dealt with lacked warmth and didn't seem very accommodating. However, when we visited a flat listed with Next Door Properties, Omar went out of his way to show us around and treated us exceptionally well. He made us feel valued, taking the time to address our concerns and ensuring we didn't feel rushed. His kindness and dedication were so impressive that we decided to choose this property through him.
