We had endless complications with getting a viewing (not BM's fault), but Kate was quick to update and find solutions. Upon signing for the house she was quick to answer any questions and guide us through the process. Thank you!

Special mention to Josh who was so patient with us when we were trying to find the right house for us, always keeping us in the loop and making time for last minute viewings - thank you for finding us our perfect home! 22nd Nov 2023 (8 mo. ago)Estate agents said "NO" I cannot book a viewing without answering tedious questions! Intruding how all the positive reviews happen when they clearly don’t prioritise sellers. I just called to book a viewing for tomorrow for a property on Abbeville Road. When I was asked what I’m looking for in a property, I said it changes and and I have a meeting in 7 minutes so I’m happy to answer this question during the viewing. Just not now. The agent was RUDE and insisted I should tell him my criteria which I just am not sure about. In the end I asked: I already told you which property I want to view. Can I book a viewing or not? He said "NO". I hung up. I feel sorry for the property seller because this is how the estate agent is selling the property: Adhering to pointless textbook questions while sabotaging a real sale opportunity.

I have to say a huge thank you to Victoria who was everything you could possibly look for in an agent. Constantly in contact, helping to push the transaction through, providing planning drawings for other approved builds in the street (very important for me) and all with a smile and professionalism you’d expect from someone marketing a trophy property in central London. Exceptional!

Camilla Akehurst immediately set herself apart from the other estate agents I’ve interacted with when she showed me around the flat I eventually bought; she was helpful and honest. Lewis then helpfully steered us towards completion and was very responsive and informative. Fully recommend!

As a result now I am settling in my country in Japan nicely. I was fortunate to meet nice and efficient people, Conner and Alex particularly. Thank you for your hard work.

26th Jun 2024 (4 weeks ago)My customer experience has been awful. I got in contact with Emily about virtually viewing a property and was told i’d be sent a Whatsapp message. After not hearing back for two days, I called to give a gentle reminder. I was told ‘Emily is on the phone , she’ll call you after’. 3.5 hours later, hadn’t received a call so I rang again and was told ‘Obviously she’s busy, she’ll call when she gets off the phone’ then the girl caught an attitude and hung up on me? I completely understand it’s a busy office and people aren’t always available but the lack of communication paired with the hostile phone manner is not acceptable. This place comes across as really unprofessional. Edit: I have since been contacted by the branch manager James, who was able to assist me in booking in a viewing. He was very polite and helpful .

21st Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Best letting agency I dealt with the London branch and I am absolutely impressed with how well organised and structured their services are. Provided by professional, friendly and lovely agents. Starting from viewing the property to the check out communication was swift and clear. A lot of support provided from information on renting guidance to check out inventory, repairs services with a hotline. The repairs service could be through a link or a WhatsApp messaging line. They usually respond immediately and raise the job to the trades person or company they deal with. Most repairs were solved in a short time frame. They also send property care guide at the beginning of winter to flag any issues related to the weather. I got the impression that the agency is really good at ensuring both parties (the landlord and tenant ) are satisfied with any dealings or requests. Moreover, the contract they provided was comprehensive and detailed with no hidden clauses or vague statements. Everything was clearly stated ensuring our rights are protected as well as our duties as tenants clearly communicated. I definitely recommend this agency

He was really attentive, listening to what kinds of places I was after so even took me to view another couple of flats in the area too! Was super helpful, especially for someone who’s just started their flat search. Would recommend to anyone looking in the area. Thanks a lot!

18th Jul 2024 (9 days ago)The agency was very good at bringing in viewings, we originally used a small independent agency and noticed a huge difference in viewing numbers. What I didn’t like was that they told me they could definitely sell my property for X amount when we signed up with them, then immediately wanted to reduce the price and told me ‘let’s be honest you were never going to get X your property is worth Y (lower amount). Very rude and dishonest people. Ultimately we sold it but felt very hard balled into accepting an offer when we felt perhaps we could’ve got more.
