5th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)House sold at almost asking price within two weeks of being at the market. We had valuations from three other agents who seriously undervalued the house (between £150,000-£75,000 less than it went for!). We are so glad we went with Hanptons and sold quickly at a price we were happy with.

They contact landlords in the area & filling their heads with BS & disinformation on current market prices in the hope of bringing new tenant for a commission! My Landlord raised my rent due to these clowns feedback to him...they didn't even had any benefits from this! Edit: The person responding to these reviews must be really slow-witted... Show me where did I say I've rented my property from your agency? I was simply referring to your low tactics contacting landlords in the area! Even further, where did you read my name to claim that you have no record for it lol Just talking out of your a$$? don't you? It's just another indication of lies and bad practice of your work ethics...typical sales men.

9th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I had a viewing arranged for today and after 10 minutes waiting at the property I decided to call the agency, I was told to give them a moment to call me back, after couple of minutes one of the agents told me the property was not available anymore and they just forgot to cancel the viewing or to mention it in advance. Very unprofessional.

14th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)We paid 6 months in advance - at a premium price - for a luxury apartment. Upon arrival, we found severe water damage and mould in the apartment - as confirmed by third-party mould inspector. Evidence suggests they knew about the water damage months ago and neglected to fix it or tell us about it before we signed the lease. We never moved in - and were left scrambling to find something else (we live abroad and were coming for 6 months). They fixed the leak but refuse to adequately remove the mould, and don’t want to return our rent… even though mold inspection report says the place is hazardous to health! So now we’ve had to hire a lawyer and will likely have to take them to court. It’s a nightmare. The agents are negligent at best and deceptive at worst.
