28th May 2023 (1 year ago)My property is currently under offer, l have been very pleased with all aspects of the sale process so far. I received good advice regarding the asking price. Feedback after the 27 viewings was made quickly and allowed me to adapt the asking price and then achieve an acceptable offer. I have no hesitation in recommending Greenslade Taylor Hunt.

22nd Aug 2024 (25 days ago)Fantastic Service! I was relocating to Somerset and the property was on the market with Bradleys. I met Freya at the property for a viewing, throughout which, she was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information. I have moved around quite a lot and have never received such care and attention. I felt like I was top priority through the whole process. I was kept informed at every step and my questions were answered as soon as possible. All in all, exceptional service to which I am not generally accustomed!! And, when I collected the key I was most impressed to see a Bradleys metal house shaped keyring - such a thoughtful touch. Thank you to Freya and the whole team for providing a smooth and stress free new home purchase. As an aside, I used the recommended firm to do the conveyancing on my behalf. They were also extremely customer focused and their fees were very competitive.

9th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)This agent has been so unprofessional with our rental property. We are overseas so we put a lot of trust into the management of our house. First they were keeping our rental payment for months in their bank account before paying us. It got so bad that we had to get the tenants to pay us direct. They admitted to poor management and loss of our paperwork, including contract at this time. The annual report never reflected the true state of the property. 4 photos are not enough!! They should have been taking at least 30-40 photos. Damp that we found a year ago which we never knew about until we visited the property, render on garden wall falling off, cupboards next to oven burnt and discoloured, to name a few of the issues. This was so upsetting that we decided to sell the property. Then to add salt to the wound we had to pay the agent 1% of the selling price as our tenants bought it, who they had found for us. Be aware of that clause we had forgotten about it as it had been many years since we had signed this contract. You really need to be checking your house yourself to make sure it is being maintained. Sadly we were only too willing to maintain our property if we had known more. What we did see from the photos we did attend to but that also took months to get done, although emergency work was attended to promptly. As a result of the lack of upkeep we had to reduce the asking price. Lesson learned and hopefully the agents read this and manage their properties much better!!

16th Sep 2024 (0 days ago)Good experience- 7th Sep 2024 (9 days ago)GTH were great with us, from viewings (with Kylie), to putting in the offer on the house we fell in love with, updates (with Sophi), right through to completion. We moved to Ilminster from the Sussex coast, and the move with the removal company didn't go to plan, due to the 3 hour drive we were worried we wouldn't get to the office in time to collect keys. But Maria offered to stay on just in case, which was very kind and a weight off our shoulders. When we did move in, the boiler wasn't working, and GTH helped provide the details of a local gas engineer. Overall a fantastic experience.

7th May 2024 (19 weeks ago)Kirsty and her whole team at Symonds & Sampson Ilminster were brilliant when it came to selling our large victorian house at auction. They were extremely knowledgable, professional and helped us every step of the way. A special mention to Steve, who did a fantastic job with all the viewings. We can highly recommend them. We have also used Symonds & Sampson at Yeovil and have found them to be just as professional.
25th Jun 2024 (12 weeks ago)Phoned reference a property which to be fair was a bit cheeky as it was a fair bit under the asking price (£20k under on a £295,000 house) but the lady was very pleasant on the phone and stated I would receive a call back. The call from the person who I think may be the owner never happened and when I called back was made to feel a bit of a fool for even offering with a reply of I know the client and he is neither in need of, or inclined to accept such an offer. A simple I'm sorry they are not likely to accept would of been a better reply I think.

25th Oct 2023 (10 mo. ago)What can I say , having my house on the market for nearly 9 months with another estate agents I changed to the property centre , within 2 days we had a viewing and an offer ( even managed another viewing a couple of days later ) ! Pleasure to deal with the description and picture are a on a different level compared with the other company and can’t recommend the property centre enough ! Thank you Louise ????
