2nd Dec 2025 (14 days ago)???? Outstanding Service from Cockburn in New Eltham! We are extremely happy with the service we received during the entire sale of our house. The professionalism and care shown by the Cockburn team were truly exceptional from start to finish. The Initial Stages: Initial Consultation (Sam): Our first meeting with Sam set the standard. He was highly professional, not pushy, and focused entirely on facts and a realistic valuation. He clearly walked us through the entire sales process, providing great clarity. A Caring and Professional Team: Every step that followed involved caring and professional individuals who took their roles seriously and executed each task with pride. Marketing Efficiency: Once we agreed to proceed, things moved swiftly. The photographer was booked the very next day. They expertly staged our house, and the photos were completed quickly. Lauren then compiled all the marketing material, and the advertisement was live within 48 hours of the photos being taken. The Sales Engine (Rob): The sales engine kicked into high gear with Rob at the helm. Rob brought incredible expertise, personally handling almost all of the viewings. He is soft-spoken, highly knowledgeable, and refreshingly non-pushy. Sales Progression & Completion: Sales Progression (Catherine): Once the buyer was found, Catherine efficiently took over the sales progression. She provided regular updates, and if we had any queries, she responded immediately. At no point did we feel there was nobody to talk to—her support was invaluable. Solicitor Recommendation (Zara): We also used the solicitors firm recommended by Cockburn, and our solicitor, Zara, was super efficient and always available. The seamless coordination between the agent and the solicitor made a huge difference. If anyone is looking to sell their property, I would highly recommend this efficient team!

Considering the process of doing this in England adds more stress than is necessary, a good estate agent can make all the difference. I have always found Savills to provide a good service. We had Oliver Hodges and his team managing our sale and they were excellent. I never had any problems getting hold of anyone and my questions were very well answered. I felt supported and guided throughout. Thank you!

Their attention detail, expertise and exceptional customer focus service is what stands out amongst the market. The process is very efficient and communication is always prompt and precise. I would highly recommend their services! Huge thank you to Andy and Lily as well as the Sales team in Jack, Mia, Jo, Tammy, Nicola, Georgia and the Lettings team in Ellie, Erin, Ella, Libby, Simon and the Broker team in Ben and Lucy.

13th Oct 2025 (9 weeks ago)We’ve had a positive experience with Cavendish as letting agents thus far, which is more than I can say for 99% of the letting agents in the greater London area (obviously I will update the review should things change). The staff has been kind and accommodating (Katie, Megan, Angela), and when something’s needed addressed, Rachel has been helpful, responsive, and prompt. A rare bright spot in this awful market.

Freeman Foreman estate agents in Tonbridge high street have been very attentive, switched on and professional throughout the whole sale process, which started in March 2025. Particularly Arnaud the manager but Jessica Ehrler has proved invaluable in getting our sale across the line, by gently prodding and pushing and chasing various parties when required. She is a real asset to that branch and very upbeat and knowledgeable. Completion is end of August 2025 and Jessica has made a possible stressful situation, with a few twists & turns, very bearable.

Katie and Chloe have been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process, always helpful, professional, and genuinely caring. Their communication is excellent, and they really do go above and beyond. You can tell they have a great team at Leaders; everyone I’ve spoken to has been friendly and supportive. Highly recommend!

There was one stand out member who honestly couldn’t have done more to help the progression of the sale and I honestly think without her completion would have been months later down the line. Very efficient when they want your business but after that just ghost you. After being outbid on a few places, Eden’s went the extra mile to make sure we were the first to view a property they had in mind for us – a company that genuinely cares. The house was perfect, and thank God everything went through smoothly. We completed two weeks ago now, and the support and communication from the team has been excellent throughout. They even removed the sold sign swiftly, and everything was done by the book from start to finish. Highly recommended. Lovely people x

She showed us the house with such warmth and positivity, and she immediately understood what we needed as first-time buyers. She organised multiple additional viewings at lightning speed and was endlessly patient and kind as we brought different people to look around. Every question we had — and there were many! — was answered quickly because she was so proactive in communicating with the seller. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Her upbeat, reassuring presence genuinely made the early stages of buying our home feel exciting rather than stressful. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to the process.
