17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.
2nd Apr 2024 (28 days ago)I sold my property through the Sevenoaks Branch of Jackson Stops and would thoroughly recommend them. The team are very friendly and professional. They aim to get to know you as well as your property. They like to conduct viewings themselves which leads to a more impartial and honest viewing. Everyone at the office visited the property and talked to me so that they were well informed when showing people around. My contact kept me well informed every step of the process and if they weren't in the office when I phoned everyone else was sufficiently well informed about my sale to answer my questions.

26th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Ryan from Wood & Pilcher was amazing from start to finish. Had a great understanding of the market and communicated to us throughout the whole process. We had a good steady flow of viewings and we achieved exactly what we were looking for in terms of price. Ryan really excelled after we had agreed the sale chasing solicitors and making sure everything was ticking along nicely and we got the exchange and completion done in a timely manner. I can’t sing Ryan’s praises high enough.

Warm and friendly when we first met her at the property and with all correspondence post that first viewing she has been professional as well as amicable. Would highly recommend using Jackson - Stops for the service they provide

Due to mortgage restrictions and a changing economic climate, the task of getting it over the line was not easy for anyone but Savills kept in constant contact, kept believing we would do it and keep the deal together. Always easy to reach, always have time for a call or chat and very informative. Would certainly recommend.

From the moment we showed an interest in the house we since bought, nothing was too much trouble . We were give access to the property several times, given very accurate information and liaison between the seller and ourselves was carried out very professionally.

We were very nervous! Danielle was patient, friendly and went above and beyond to help us buy our dream first home! She held our hand through the entire process, she answered our queries, worries and questions and nothing was too big of an ask. She communicated with us throughout the entire process and worked alongside the estate agent we were buying off of and our solicitor to ensure the process ran swiftly. Danielle is an absolute star, we are so glad we found her. We will definitely be recommending her to others!

16th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)Awful service do not recommend, put a holding deposit on a property , then got asked to get a guarantor or a month upfront rent said we'll do the month rent a month then turned into a years rent which is ridiculous then went down to 6 months again a lot of money to find so went with a guarantor then get an email from rightmove saying passed referencing and our contract is being written and to start looking for insurance and broadband luckily I didn’t pay for any of that. Thought haven’t heard from estate agent in a while so gave them a call to find out what’s going on, they’ve given the property to someone else and didn’t even think to let us know so now have got to start again on our property search and has been a waste of time and doubt we’ll get our holding deposit back

Nothing Jackie and I can say will ever be enough to be put into words the gratitude and thanks that we give for your hard work that you have all put in to not only selling our property but giving us the home we have so desired for so long . There were many times we were quite ready to throw in the towel but through your sheer tenacity Coilin you never gave up and soldiered on with this constant belief that its not over till its over. Your problem solving spirit shows no limits and you jumped every hurdle put in front of you and thank god you did. I always said there is no price you can put on experience and you and Issey and your team have proved that without a doubt , the longevity of your company is testimony to your ability to deliver what you say to the best of your ability and should I require your services again I would not hesitate to call you or recommend you to anyone who may wish to travel down the road we have in full confidence. We put the house on the market at a difficult time and initially weren’t getting many viewings. After consultation with the agents we lowered the price which resulted in an increase in viewings and three offers over a weekend

29th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)On day of completion had been contacted by solicitors and other estate agency to say everything’s done, waited ages for foresters and nothing had to chase up ourselves as we Litterally had no where to go with all our stuff, get to the property to find previous owner had left lots of old stuff in loft garden down side of bungalow, estate agents hadn’t made sure property was empty, someone popped by to have a look but that’s all nothing was done about it and also forgetting are welcome package which we never recieved, wouldn’t Reccomend
