20th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)When you manage to speak to them they are nice but it is very rare you get hold of them.....after for one week been told that I would be contacted and I have to chase them all the time I can only say that this would not be my preferred Estate Agents to do business with.

20th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)Bunch of unprofessional racist guys specially a guy called Liam who doesn't have a clue of his job. Rented a flat in Sunbury at Priscilla House Flat 11. The place was supposed to be renovated but from day one the flooring was popping out.The cheapest boiler was installed which broke down every week and for the past two years was never repaired.Suddenly one day there was a leak in the bathroom and we and my sister cleaned it. Next day a plumber attended and was shocked to see WE ALIVE!!!!!!!as there has been a LIVE WIRE underneath the bathtub for the past Two years. Upon questioning the agency they and the owner gave a notice to leave the place without any explanation. Now the agency is holding our deposit back of £1445.00 and bulling us into paying for new renovation. It's been now more then 3 weeks they holding our deposit which is illegal as per the UK LAW Pleas think twice before doing business with such frauds.
5th Oct 2020 (4 years ago)They are good people and respectful. Their terms & conditions are good . You can cancel your contract with them giving them two weeks notice which gives you a lot of freedom as you aren’t tied to many weeks of contract if thing don’t work out. However, they operate in a old fashion way. Not much use of technology. No active & dynamic sales strategies. You just hv to sit & wait until a buyer finds your property after searching through many pages of Zoopla etc.

We dealt with Michelle who was extremely helpful in our purchase but the rest of the team including Stan and Cally were also great to talk to also once nearing completion. In trying to find tradespeople for conduct work on the property Mervyn Smith were excellent with their recommendations also which took off a lot of stress on our parts

I 100% recommend him as TBH selling a flat can be really tricky, he navigated the sale and it's "Difficult" bits like a true pro!! He managed to negotiate me a higher than expected sale price and I'm so grateful for his work! Also it felt throughout I was in safe hands, which is REALLY important! Thanks David! Alex :) IF you are selling a house or flat I can't recommend enough!!

Anissa was very kind and helpful with our questions about the property and in liaising with the seller. We found this especially pleasant as we had previously dealt with many home agents who were less than honest and unresponsive with even basic enquiries. Anissa genuinely cared about making the process as smooth and agreeable for all parties which helped ease the stress out of everything. We highly recommend Cantell and co.

23rd May 2021 (3 years ago)Michael was easy to deal with and very helpful throughout the entire process, from my initial enquiry about a commercial property through to handing me the keys. He went above and beyond to address any specific questions I had for the landlord and ensured I got into the property on time when refurbishment threatened a delay. Highly recommended - a nice guy who goes the extra mile for his clients.
7th Sep 2024 (7 weeks ago)Excellent. We cannot recommend Alex enough - he is absolutely in another league when it comes to estate agents. So helpful, understanding, straightforward and determined / hard working. Most sales are tricky and ours was no exception. He made the deal happen on both our purchase (not his job) and our sale - and always proved good / helpful advice - even about movers, decorators, lawyers - everything. Four months later and he is still willing to give us advice on a different purchase. 5 Stars plus - highly recommend.

They helped us with devising a strategy for selling our property and in doing so we achieved a great price for the house, which sold on the first day of viewings. Being their own business, they care about their customers. Something I haven’t found with bigger agents. They certainly paid for their own fee by going the extra mile. I wouldn’t hestitate to use the team again to sell my next house, and I can thoroughly recommend them.

We had a particularly lengthy sale process and Martin's counsel, sage acumen and residential real estate knowledge empowered us to complete on our lovely Hammersmith flat. We have used Dexters, Foxtons and Horton & Garton in the past but Clements Habba have been head and shoulders above them in every respect. I have heard, unofficially, that Martin is known as "Mr Hammersmith". He delivers that and far more across the West London postcodes and surrounding areas. Thank you Martin and Clements Habba. If you ever set up in Wiltshire... please let us know!

We always felt that he had the instruction under control and achieved the perfect outcome for us. I’d strongly recommend Jack for anyone dealing in the W9 market and surrounds.
8th Jul 2024 (15 weeks ago)Vito made a promise of getting it sold in 6 months and thats what he did. True gent and true to his word! Just completed on a flat that took just under 4years. 3 1/2 with other time wasting agents and 6months straight up with Daniel Madden. After having so many bad experiences with other estate agents Vito and Alice came onto the scene and saved us. We had 2 buyers pull out on us due to the other estate agents incompetence. After moving agents and getting the worst of a service we paid up front Vito swung in and saved us. They are so professional. Got the property on the market fast and easy. Then literally the next couple of weeks had loads of people looking around with 5 different offers. More than the rest had ever put in. Alice then came on the scene and both of them together is like a dream team. They are both amazing and just seriously have that human touch. Understanding of where we are at and where we are going. Listening to our needs and full going through with the sale. I've had it where sales take so long that the agent gets bored and just wants it to go away. With Vito and Alice, the enthusiasm was there to get the deal done and to make sure that both parties were happy. There was a few times when they had to smooth things over. They did it so professionally, with empathy and beautifully. I really can't thank them enough. They are amazing! True professionals and I highly recommend them 100%.
22nd Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)Excellent service received from Harris Le Beau! It was a delight to deal with Joe who was extremely professional throughout the process. Unfortunately the sale which he had engineered eventually fell through due to the ill-health of the Buyer - and my brother's flat was subsequently sold by another agent. However he remained in touch and he also lined me up with a first-rate Solicitor whom I would also recommend.
