10th Apr 2023 (2 years ago)Called in on Wednesday to ask if they could print/copy me one piece of paper and I offered to pay for it...the young lady who came to my assistance was very nice and helpful but when she turned around for approval of this from her colleague,her revolting colleague turned round with a nasty face and said there a printers up the road and carried on working! What a disgusting revolting nasty women!
13th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)Paul and the team at Tate have looked after my rental flat since 2017. I elected to retain their services to sell the flat this year. They were excellent in their service and went above and beyond with the freeholder to ensure that my sale went through. I can 100% recommend them to handle your sale.
4th Apr 2025 (7 weeks ago)We had Anisa show us round our new rental property ( which we absolutely love! ) she informed us of the property in the morning and kindly showed us around later that day and couldn't have been more helpful in the whole process. Anisa responded to emails promptly, called us back quickly and answered all of our many questions. Anisa made the whole process really easy and quick which we are great full for, thank you Anisa :)
20th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)Bunch of unprofessional racist guys specially a guy called Liam who doesn't have a clue of his job. Rented a flat in Sunbury at Priscilla House Flat 11. The place was supposed to be renovated but from day one the flooring was popping out.The cheapest boiler was installed which broke down every week and for the past two years was never repaired.Suddenly one day there was a leak in the bathroom and we and my sister cleaned it. Next day a plumber attended and was shocked to see WE ALIVE!!!!!!!as there has been a LIVE WIRE underneath the bathtub for the past Two years. Upon questioning the agency they and the owner gave a notice to leave the place without any explanation. Now the agency is holding our deposit back of £1445.00 and bulling us into paying for new renovation. It's been now more then 3 weeks they holding our deposit which is illegal as per the UK LAW Pleas think twice before doing business with such frauds.
5th Oct 2020 (4 years ago)They are good people and respectful. Their terms & conditions are good . You can cancel your contract with them giving them two weeks notice which gives you a lot of freedom as you aren’t tied to many weeks of contract if thing don’t work out. However, they operate in a old fashion way. Not much use of technology. No active & dynamic sales strategies. You just hv to sit & wait until a buyer finds your property after searching through many pages of Zoopla etc.

Any issues were managed quickly, fairly and with a rare level of kindness. Dealing with MS&P is like being in a world where estate agents are genuine caring people doing a great job, it’s been a pleasure.

6th Feb 2025 (15 weeks ago)I have rented one bed flat which is immediate back side of there office in Richmond road, st Margate. I was in a rush and running after one week to move. The lady Katy is just amazing I should say. Highly professional with kind heart behaviour. At the same time David is such a gentleman having a well supportive team. They managed the whole move in process within just five days. So far I reached them for any kind of issues got sorted out smoothly. Highly recommend them.

Rarely write reviews but the entire Cantell team were a class apart buying and selling and, dare I say, just really genuine and good people. Not much more to say…a joy to work with! Thanks all. Mark
8th Jun 2024 (11 mo. ago)As a first time buyer, can’t rate Property Partnership highly enough. Nick was highly personable, very easy and quick to communicate with, and forthright, making the whole process as simple and stress free as possible. I’d fully recommend them to anyone.
Sale at Hillgate Village W8. Matthew Alexander of Harding Green couldn't have been more helpful; he was always there to answer queries and to make the sale run as smoothly as possible. He is very professional and prepared to answer calls at all times and returns them immediately. He found a wonderful buyer for my house and I am delighted with the outcome.

7th Sep 2024 (8 mo. ago)Excellent. We cannot recommend Alex enough - he is absolutely in another league when it comes to estate agents. So helpful, understanding, straightforward and determined / hard working. Most sales are tricky and ours was no exception. He made the deal happen on both our purchase (not his job) and our sale - and always proved good / helpful advice - even about movers, decorators, lawyers - everything. Four months later and he is still willing to give us advice on a different purchase. 5 Stars plus - highly recommend.

As an independent agency Darren and Kristian offer a tailored service, responsive to the challenges of marketing and selling a property while acting as trusted pilots helping a vendor to navigate a way through the process. They’ve provided us with a first rate service. Where the High Street estate agents seemingly plucked valuations out of the air, we were presented with a thorough analysis of the local market to substantiate their valuation which was realised with the sale. We have particularly appreciated the open and speedy lines of communication, always available to respond to queries and reassure when necessary. Darren and Kristian have been great to work with!
