Their team was extremely helpful, offering professional advice that made the process much smoother for us. I would like to personally thank Natalie from the agency, who guided me through every step of the moving process. Despite a few challenges along the way, her support helped us stay calm and work through everything successfully. I highly recommend Barnard Marcus as an excellent company, and Richmond as a wonderful place to live.

Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting with Chloe in our quest for a small house to live in. My wife was growing tired of agents not listening to her specifications. One phone call with Chloe and my wife was told there was only 1 house for her. She viewed it and we moved in ten days later! To say Chloe nailed it would be an understatement. She listened, was calm and highly efficient. Chloe is a lovely lady and an attribute to John D Wood,which in turn is a top tier Estate Agents, no surprise why.
6th Sep 2024 (7 weeks ago)If you decide to get property true Stirling Ackroyd ,most likely when’s your tenancy is going to end .you have to forget about your deposit the agency will be in landlord side there’s no justice. Hope in the future the owner off the Twickenham branch do something about the justice between the landlord and the tenants.

31st May 2024 (21 weeks ago)I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress. Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!

22nd Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)Three years after we moved out of a rental property used to be managed by DW, we got a series of emails claiming we owe them money for fixing the heating, given the facts: 1. We have never fixed a heating, 2. Invoice date is three months after we move out, 3. We had a clean inventory check list when we move out, 4. It’s not a tenant’s responsibility to fix heating. Emailing them and calling them doesn’t help, we still get emails asking for money. Impressive! - Edit: we were contacted by DW after this review, and it’s solved now.

18th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)O* Galaxy Real Estate are just scammers No longer a tenant and still send me emails for rent. Still haven't received my deposit back aswell I was told yesterday it should be with me today. Try to claim I breached my lease but in fact they have rented the entire building out to someone else. Had problems with them from day one. Nav Grover, Kevneet Grover and Raj Grover customer service is absolutely terrible. Once deposit is payed back into my account I will delete these posts but until then I will keep writing them- 18th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)I recently rented a property through Marsh and Parsons-Chiswick, and I am satisfied with the service I received. From the initial inquiry to the final move-in, the process was smooth and efficient. Gosia informed me at every stage and promptly answered all my questions. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Overall, I highly recommend Gosia for anyone looking to rent a flat.

Multiple emails from the team to ensure everything is running smoothly with email reminders sent to all parties including solicitors to make sure everything is on track. Highly recommended.

7th Oct 2024 (16 days ago)I worked with Sam and her business Village Properties in renting an apartment in Barnes. This was by far the best experience I have ever had from such a process. Was very refreshing to see that there was none of the impersonal and transactional behaviours I have previously experienced from other scale Estate Agents. On top of being lovely, Sam was incredibly efficient (viewing to contract within 10 days), responsive (never had to wait for a reply for more than a few minutes), transparent and helpful all the way through. Thank you Village Properties!
11th Oct 2024 (12 days ago)Liam and his team have been great with my sale. Out of all the estate agents I reviewed he was the most personable and honest. My sale has been difficult with various sales falling through for different reasons but Liam has managed to secure a buyer quickly without applying pressure on me to drop my price each time. I also had to pull out of a chain sale twice, and the first time Rob was amazing at keeping me calm and buying me time to decide what I wanted to do. Great people skills. The sales progression team agent Sarah has been amazing. I’m now at the stage where exchange has happened and it’s a few days from completion and I’m very grateful for their help. I don’t think I could have done this without her and Liam’s support and chasing. Even with our new purchase Liam responded instantly and helped with making sure we could prove our sale had gone through. Something which he didn’t have to do as quickly as he did as it doesn’t benefit him. Thank you again I would use Laurels again!

The disgust and despicable nature of you, heartless intermediaries, cannot be put in words…
