19th May 2020 (4 years ago)I have a great experience renting from them, David Reed was very professional, responsive and polite. I am still due to move by end of May, and expecting from their property manager to be the same level of service. They are highly recommended.
22nd Mar 2024 (18 weeks ago)We initially met and signed an agreement with two gentlemen, who were very convincing. We never met them again, and only found out months later that they both left the branch. Our sales instead was run by a member of the team, and we weren’t convinced with their performance or experience. None of our c40 interests and viewings turned into an offer. We felt like they were just opening our door for anyone to view with minimum follow up or effort.

They made the sale of our property a breeze and were there to help with every step of the process. 22nd Jul 2024 (5 days ago)Ror Clarke has been exceptional in dealing with our purchase of a property in Richmond. His professionallism and communication to all parties was key to getting the ball rolling and things moving quickly. He single handedly project managed the sale, which was on a chain, liaising with client, buyer (us), both solicitors, buyer estate agents and all parties involved, making sure evertrhing was progressing well. His communication and follow up was fantastic, keeping everyone in the loop and on the same page. Very impressed with Hamptons, and specifically Rory Clarke in managing the sale process in Richmond.

Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

I worked with Dominic Murray who was very professional, courteous and proactive throughout the sales process. My overall impression of the company is that they combine a ‘traditional style’ of interaction with customers (extremely courteous, clearly aiming for high standards) while using the latest technologies for buying/selling and transaction management. My sales context was a challenging one and I felt every support possible from Dominic along the way. My sincere thanks to him. I strongly recommend John D Wood in Richmond.
12th Mar 2024 (20 weeks ago)We recently bought our first home with Andrew Nunn & Associates and had a fantastic service. The sale had complications due legal issues, but Mateo was invaluably helpful throughout the entire process. It took five months for the sale to complete and AN&A kept up regular contact throughout and were always available when we needed advice. We will certainly use them again in future and recommend to friends.

17th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)I would recommend James Anderson at East Sheen to anybody wishing to sell a house in the area. They were efficient and assembled a good list of potential purchases. We dealt with two people in particular, Michael Britt and Louise Reader, who supported us through what turned out to be an extremely difficult and problematic sale. They were levelheaded and practical. They went well beyond what I would've expected.
31st May 2024 (8 weeks ago)I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress. Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!

4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)We decided going through sales with Galaxy because the way that they sold this to us, that would be easy and quick. But in the end, after more than 2 months, we did not have a single visit and no updates or communication from them as well. We were first time buyers and are hugely appreciative of the honesty and guidance Paul gave us during the offer process, unlike many SW London agents! After our offer was accepted the 5 star service continued all the way through to completion where Paul was very helpful, professional and responsive in dealing with various matters. This resulted in a very smooth exchange/completion. We cannot thank Paul and Moveli enough!

From the first email and viewing right through the sales progression chain they have been incredible. It made selling our house easy and effortless. You’d be crazy not to sell through Cow and Co - best agent in London!
18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
