26th Oct 2018 (5 years ago)I have used Antony Roberts (Kew) for the letting and management of my house for the past couple of years, they have always been really honest, straight talking and pleasant to deal with, unlike other agents I have dealt with over the years. I cant recommend Hanya and her team highly enough.
22nd Mar 2024 (29 days ago)We initially met and signed an agreement with two gentlemen, who were very convincing. We never met them again, and only found out months later that they both left the branch. Our sales instead was run by a member of the team, and we weren’t convinced with their performance or experience. None of our c40 interests and viewings turned into an offer. We felt like they were just opening our door for anyone to view with minimum follow up or effort.

Melanie has looked after us from the get-go with such thorough professionalism & ease, we couldn't have asked for more! Jo O’Sullivan has a brilliant knowledge of the area and market and is great at building long term relationship with her clients and I’ve been so impressed with the expertise and hard work Prue Semba has demonstrated as she skilfully guided me through the letting process. This team have gone above and beyond and are friendly and fun to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

Sam Hall did an excellent job, he was very patient with me and listened to what kind of flat I am looking for and he got in touch as soon as ‘the one’ was available! Super clear and friendly communication, and you get the type of calls from the agent that you actually enjoy, it’s like talking to a friend, listens, advises and cares! Highly recommend! He supported with our solicitors and also checked in to ensure we knew where we were in the process. This house and everyone from Parkgate Estate makes me feel warm, feel comfortable and safe every time when I get home. They are like family members who always help me and all tenants. Everyone from Parkgate and tenants, we respects to each other. Chris, Susannah and their team were all very kind and have fully responsible what they doing. They are Amazing team. I'm really lucky to have this landlord who used Parkgate Estate 's services. Strongly vote Parkgate Estate is NO. 1 the best of the best in UK.- 12th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)We recently bought our first home with Andrew Nunn & Associates and had a fantastic service. The sale had complications due legal issues, but Mateo was invaluably helpful throughout the entire process. It took five months for the sale to complete and AN&A kept up regular contact throughout and were always available when we needed advice. We will certainly use them again in future and recommend to friends.

15th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We moved into a property in the area and it was a complete shambles. After speaking to George Porter at Chestertons, we were assured it would be fully furnished, but when we arrived, furniture promised in the flat, such as a sofa, was simply not there when we arrived due to previous tenants taking it with them. We were offered a small compensation amount, and when we spoke to Hannah Al-Sayyah Marla and explained it did not simply cover the costs, she threatened to hold the money they offered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We had a great experience from the moment we expressed interest in the rent property, all the way to completion. During the view of the apartment, Ayesha Uddin told us everything very professionally. From the first time when she called me, she got the idea of what I'm looking for straightaway and suggested some options. We then successfully secured a flat with her. During the referencing and pre-move in process, she's been super helpful as well, even on her day off! It's been a great experience dealing with her, highly recommended :)

He had the house on the market before the others had even sent a photographer round , by the time they had, laurels had sold the property ( 8 days ) for the price we wanted. Again through the whole process Fraser kept us informed and nothing was to much trouble for him, I think Laurels are lucky to have him . And would highly recommend laurels ????????????????????

He certainly went above and beyond at every step in the process of selling my mother’s house. I would certainly recommend him and would use his services again.
18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The team were always pleasant to deal with, quick to resolve any issues (within their control) and dealt with our check-out and deposit return smoothly. We had an enjoyable three years in the property and would recommend them as a property manager - big thanks to Sam, Anna, Joanna and the team for the support over the past couple of years!
27th Mar 2024 (24 days ago)LANDLORDS **AVOID-AVOID-AVOID** If I could give a zero rating I would. As a landlord using this company they do nothing to look after their landlords and only take interest in lining their pockets. They ignore any correspondence regarding anything that will effect their fees yet still continue to deduct the monies to them from the rent they collect, despite it not being due or earned to them. if you are a landlord AVOID Dear Chancellors - thank you for your suggestion of e mailing the Directors. The sad thing is that I did that before leaving the review to the very e mail address you have provided. Guess what - no reply. Its a shame you are so quick to give the impression you care on your google reviews rather than reply to your customers and resolve the issue.
