From the very beginning, he was proactive ,and responsive. His attention to detail and clear communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance with the letting agreement, Joel provided prompt and professional support. It’s rare to find an agent who is both highly competent and genuinely personable, and we couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone looking for a rental property. ????????????????????

26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Rami has a personalized approach, very professional and reliable. He made it easier for me from day of viewing until day of moving in! I highly recommand Sutherland Estates for anyone looking for rent!

Vel estate simplified the whole process of renting from advertisement, viewings to contract. Their professional services were very good and saved us lot of time and money. Their service charges are also very competitive and genuine as compared to others. Mr. Murugan gives his personal attention to each client and that shows quality of a good businessman. We have recommended Vel Estate for selling properties to our relatives and they are using their services.We would highly recommend Vel Estate for property purchase or renting related matters.
15th May 2025 (5 weeks ago)Terrible agency- wanted to book a viewing for a property on sale and spoke with a lady who said she would call me back once she checked availability of current tenant. Tried to call the agency multiple times, left voicemail but they never called back after 2 weeks of attempts. Gave up on this! I would never want to buy a house managed by an agency who doesn’t even bother answering the phone!!!

2nd Jun 2025 (14 days ago)I recently sold my property through WeSoldIt. I was so impressed with their professionalism and the amount of support they offered throughout the process. Communicating across the chain to keep everyone updated on progress. Both Adam and Rachel were always available and couldn’t have been more helpful. Doing things via WhatsApp was also so helpful, as it meant there was no delay in communications. I will recommend them to anyone who’s looking to sell / buy.

We felt very comfortable with the agent which made us confident that they would do a good job for us, which they have.

And if you're in the process for that amount of time, you really need a team you can work with. That's what we experienced in our time liaising with Kearns Residential.
