2nd May 2025 (21 days ago)Bridgfords provided a reasonable valuation and advertised the property well, attracting around a dozen viewings. I soon had an offer and the sale is now proceeding. They are good at communicating and I hope the sale will go smoothly.

We chose Arc because Dawn was really knowledgable about properties in the area, and they valued our home more accurately than other estate agents. They also took brilliant photos and videos which really helped our house sell, and we accepted an offer within just a few weeks of going live (over Christmas too!) Angela and the team were honestly more helpful than our solicitors the whole way through – I wouldn’t go with anyone else.

1st Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)We sold my mother's property with Belvoir Warrington. They were excellent, going over and above. No heavy sales pitch at the beginning. Chased all parties including solicitors. Communication was great throughout and if we needed advice, they were there. They made this sale much less painful than it could have been.
3rd May 2025 (20 days ago)Listed house however changed mind due to current market conditions. As soon as the market picks up again, I have no hesitation of listing with Smooth Move. I originally purchased property with them and had no problems. Really friend bunch of staff who are passionate about work.
